Hello guys.

I did a landing page on Tally.so where the client have to sign a form I’ve created, and after that, an email arrive to him in outbound.

To automatize that, I use Zapier.

But on Zapier, when I connect “Email by Zapier” app, the only thing I don’t understand is the first form, so who’s the destinatary of this email?

The destinatary the client that submitted on Tally, but there is no option to select that mail in general. Or maybe I don’t understand the words...

How do I send the outbound emails to clients?

Hi @danytur01, welcome to the Zapier Community 👋

From what I can see in the screenshot, it doesn’t seem like there’s an Email field coming through from the trigger’s data.

Could you let me know if your Tally form has a field for the users to input their Email Address?

If so, is it a required field? If you’re looking to use this information to send outbound emails via a Zap, having the Email field as mandatory would be ideal.

I hope this helps!

Hello!

Yeah, the email form on Tally it is a required field for the customer.

That’s why I don’t understand; zapier should give me automatically the email field from Tally’s form, but what I see is all there.

So I don’t know how can I fill that required field on Zapier

Let me know, thx
