I have an automation set up to automatically import contacts to Salesforce when I create a new contact using SalesQL. However it only works some of the time, and there doesn’t appear to be any pattern in which leads are working and which aren't.

Hi there, I am having trouble with my zap between Stan store and Flodesk. All the test say they are working but the published Zap won’t complete: 1) adding the new customer to my segment which 2) doesn’t trigger the workflow to email the customer. I am Triggering the zap when some user makes a comment on my Wordpress post.I do want to execute a action in which that comment will get send to a campaign from mailerlite.I thought the best way will be to draft a campaign first and in next step i will send that campaaign.But while drafting the campaign - I have added a static email in Action ‘Email from address’ and got the following error :-----------------------------------------Failed to create a campaign in MailerLite (1.6.3)The app returned "Sender email must be authenticated before you can send from this address. Hi all I have a zap that monitors sharepoint for a new file. When a file is added to recording the file is meant to be uploaded to tl;dv for transcription. This all works great until the meeting recording is larger than 150mb. This Notion step hit an errorError message: While requesting "dev_file" from Microsoft SharePoint we ran into an error: 532549836 is too big, 150000000 is the maxIs this a limitation in sharepoint and if so is there a way as a sharepoint admin to fix this? I cant find anything online about this. Would there be another work around to get this to work?
Hi there,Does anyone also encounter a similar error with creating a database item in Notion? In my case, the zap was working fine before. However, in the past few days, it failed to create new items, due to this error: “body failed validation. Fix one: body.children.length should be ≤ 100, instead was '110'When I reduce the content in the content field, it seems to work. I don't think there was a limit on the main content field of an item in Notion before, while there was a limit of content length in other fields. Is it a recent change? Thanks for the help!
For the Sharepoint trigger “New or Updated File”, I’m able to isolate a recently updated file in a specific library, but it doesn’t seem to pull all the metdata on that file. I have a couple of custom Sharepoint fields that I’d like to filter the next actions on and they’re nowhere to be found. Help!
I am new to this and cannot find the information I am looking for and need to get this workingI am trying to send emails to a contact list in Google via a zap for a paraplegic person at a church who manages a list of people requesting prayers. I have 1 email address prayerlist@someplace.org that will forward an emails to another email address zaplist@gmail.com and when zaplist@gmail.com receives the email from prayerlist@someplace.org the Zap should do a conatact list lookup and send the email to all contact in the zaplist@gmail.com email.I was able to get it to work as a test to a single email, but I think that was because in the contact email section I pulled information from a received email and it hard coded my test email address? I just need it to use emails from the contacts and the way it can parse the emails is powerfull but also confusing.I have the prayerlist email setup in zap and the connection to the contact list in zaplist@gmail.com. Hi, I am trying to move a box on Streak once a contract has been completed on PandaDoc. There are 3 recipients of the document - Student, Parent, Sender. Streak has information on the students and i want the student’s box to be moved once all 3 parties has signed. When I tried doing this and got this error:The app returned `{"message":"No box found by name: <student’s name>, <guarantor’s name>, <sender’s name>"} What happened: Executing creates.edit_box.operation.perform with bundle {"message":"No box found by <student’s name>, <guarantor’s name>, <sender’s name>"} Console logs: ` as error, which we cann I can only see options for ‘Recipients name’ to assign box name for zaps resulting in more than just the student’s name. Hi there, I’m trying to configure a zap that catches hook and searches for user by phone in Intercom. So far so good. The webhook is working but on the action part, when I try to login (connect) to Intercom, it crashes and can’t connect to Intercom account. Hello!I've set up Zapier to update a spreadsheet whenever a new lead is added to Keap with a specific tag. The action in Google Spreadsheet is to create a new row.Initially, it worked well during testing. However, after I published the zap and tried adding a contact to Keap with the specific tag, it didn't automatically populate the sheet. How can I fix this?
Hello,I am trying to figure out how to build something that would resemble this: I have a Zapier with a step somewhere in the middle that calls Slack API to check if a certain Slack message has a reaction emoji. If it does, then it continues, otherwise it stops and gives an error. This is a manual check step for a process that I need to validate manually by looking at the data in the Slack message, and if the data is correct I react to the message and allow the process to continue.Between the message being sent, and the emoji validation step, I have a 24h delay - so I have a full day to receive the message, check the data, and react to the message with the correct emoji.I want to further improve this process here by not having to wait the full 24 hours, and instead just having the Zap on-hold until the reaction is added - so the process could theoretically take between 0-24+ hours, instead of always taking 24 hours. This has been tested and the user has logged in correctly.But now I have the problem that a new participant is not automatically forwarded.I have to look manually in Zapier. and then start Zap on RUN ZAP.This normally happens automatically.!? I am trying to send new or changed contact from an individual into Salesforce and search whether the email of the individual exists in an instance of a lead or contact already. If so the lead or contact should be updated with all factual info (name, company, phone etc.) as well as notes and if not create a new lead created.My progress so far is that I use'find record in SF' and then paths to split based on if the email exists as a lead/contact already or not. So far so good. But here are my issues are1) in 'Update record', I'm unsure if I need to specify, if the record is a lead or a contact in SF. I hope and update the record regardless.2) I'm unsure what data is updated and or if it is possible to not overwrite certain info. Having been able to find information on this.3) I would like to transfer notes on the lead/contact, as well as the contact info, name and factual data. Can I do that in one action, have several 'Update record in Salesforce' in a row?4) Also rather then having new
