Question

Stan and Flodesk Zap not working

Hi there,

 

I am having trouble with my zap between Stan store and Flodesk. 

All the test say they are working but the published Zap won’t complete: 1) adding the new customer to my segment which 2) doesn’t trigger the workflow to email the customer. 

 

This is incredibly frustrating - I would like to be selling products and I’m now on hold trying to figure this out.


Any insights?
