Skool to Klicktipp Zap: New participants not forwarding automatically

Hello.

I would like to transfer the data of a new participant in our Skool Community to Klicktipp.

I created a zap for this. This has been tested and the user has logged in correctly.
But now I have the problem that a new participant is not automatically forwarded.

I have to look manually in Zapier. and then start Zap on RUN ZAP.

This normally happens automatically.!?
