How do I sync updates from an Microsoft Outlook public contact folder to HubSpot using Zapier?

Good morning !
I would like to connect one of my company's Outlook “public contact folders” to Hubspot.
I have access to Outlook in web and app version (2020 and new version)
I tried to copy them to my contacts, but when the original folder is updated, it doesn't update to my contacts.

Have you ever encountered this problem?

Thanks for your answer. There isn't much content at the moment, but here's my progress.

I would like my company's public contact folder to appear in this drop-down list.

Do you have an idea ?

The connected Outlook account may not have access to or proper permissions.
