Hello, I am trying to search a group on Monday.com for a set of item names. Basically I need Zapier to CTRL-F my items names in a specific group for path step. When I go to set up the action, I get the Board ID, Item ID, and Column ID. Unfortunately I don’t need the column ID, and I need every item ID/item name. Then, later on I plan on comparing each name to a specific name and split paths from the result. Any information you could provide would be greatly appreciated.

Help! I get this error 60-75% of times I use GPT-4 on the ChatGPT app for Zapier. Simply writing an email based on the data from other Apps (no other apps have errors, all variables have value.) There is simply nothing I can personally do about this! I have seen other threads saying it is ‘fixed’, but it is not!Please advise how I can fix this issue.Upon attempting to test the email, it ends with an error saying. Failed to create an email in ChatGPTError parsing JSON: The data returned from the model is not valid JSON.I have not messed with any other values other than the prompt itself. Hi all I have a zap running which watches for new rows of a good sheet and, when it sees one is supposed to send an email using Office 365. However rather than ‘sending’ the email - it’s simply putting the email into my drafts folder.I don’t know if this is a zapier issue or an office 365 issues. I have tried the following: Changing passwordsDeleting the Zap and re-writing itWriting the Zap using Office 365 and using Outlook (both behave the same way) Any and all thoughts welcome please. This is getting very frustrating! Thanks
There’s a channel in Slack that shares a purpose with a channel in MS Teams. I usually schedule a week’s worth of Slack messages, each containing text, emoji’s, image(s), and link(s). Teams doesn’t support scheduling in channels, so I usually just duplicate the Slack message in Teams by hand when I have time that day. It occurred to me that there might be a way to automate this and just get Teams to post identical message whenever the Slack one appears. I have connected Slack and Teams and I can make it work for plain text just fine. However, it doesn’t work for images or an emojis, and the formatting gets screwed up.Is there a way around this?
So we’re trying to set up a zap that triggers when someone completes a form on instapage which should send add that person to a subscriber list in Klaviyo. For context, we have two potential forms that can be filled out with different parameters - essentially a ‘true’ or ‘false’ depending on which button you pressed (and subsequently which form you filled in). When testing to send a sub to Klaviyo, I’m met with the error The subscriber could not be sent to Klaviyo.Error parsing response. We got: "<!DOCTYPE html> Does anyone know why this is or how to solve? Thanks!
Hi all,I’m trying to send an email from my Airtable via Zapier.To retrieve the email I want to send it to, I want to select a field “email”, which is a lookup field in that specific table.I’ve read the Zapier help page telling me to add a column with a formula to turn the lookup field into a text field but that didn’t work, neither with a simple =Lookup field, nor with a subsitute(lookup field).In the dropdown menu to select the receiver of the email, the field is blank, i.e. “no data”.Any help on this?Would be much appreciated!Thanks!

I created a Zap Stripe-Zapier-Flodesk with a trigger “new customer”. Trigger works if a new customer in Stripe created manually, but if the real order comes from a website (Squarespace) trigger doenst work and automation doesnt start. Im using secret key, not a test key. After dellting manually created customers, and tested a trigger received a message “We couldn’t find a customer”. Where could be problem?

When I authenticate with Ringcentral, I need it to see the main company number, the main line, not my user line. I am a super admin, but Zapier keeps seeing my personal extension. How can I integrate our main company number in Zapier from Ringcentral?

Hi Guys, I am using a Zap from Excel to Monday.com which pulls through the Rows in a table as items.However, these are Purchase Orders and I would like Zapier to pull through the Purchase Order Lines as Subitems relating to the Purchase Order No (Name of the item on Monday). For Example.Order No: 1 (Item) Subitem Name: Pen Subitem Name: Pencil The table in Excel contains all of this information. However, getting a Zap or Monday to match this and input it under the correct Item I cant work out. Hope that makes sense...

Above is a webhook that I have retrieved from one of my applications and did some formatting. I am trying to figure out how to create field-value pairs such that the colon is the delimiter, the stuff to the left of the colon is the field, and the stuff to the right is the value. Currently, the “field:value” texts are just substrings with newlines in between. From the tools that Zapier offers, it seems as though fields can only be made manually. My background in IT is “beginner”. Any ideas?
I’ve seen a feature request to have the Notion page body available as part of the update database action and that would be super handy here.What I’ve gathered via the Notion API documentation is that it’s possible using a webhook to get the Notion page body. ChatGPT told me to use the pages endpoint but according to this page, I should be using the blocks endpoint. I tried the pages endpoint but for whatever reason the page ID i provided wasn’t working even though I verified it against the page ID when I looked at the page URL in my browser. I did notice that the page title was coming through in the URL so I tried including that in the get request using the pages endpoint and that still gave an error.So I’ve tried using the page ID in the {block ID} portion of the retrieve block children endpoint (reference linked above), but that didn’t work either. I’m extracting email data with ChatGPT using the “Extract Structured Data” feature. I have specified data types and possible values.I want to send the parsed data as a POST request using the “Webhook by Zapier” feature.Here’s what I’ve tried:Sending a custom POST request with Data Pass-Through = True and a header with Content-Type=application/json. What happens then is that the json returned has single quotes instead of double-quotes and booleans have a capital letter Send a POST request with a json payload type (and adding no data). I’ve got a script that takes several worksheets in a Google Sheet and saves it to a single PDF using a formula for how to name that PDF etc. I’m a fairly advanced user and thought it would be pretty easy to create a Zap that triggers that Script, then retrieves a download PDF link to the file, so that I can then send that file using Zapier / Gmail and then also store it in a specific sub-folder of my choosing again using Zapier / Google Drive. See attached screen shots. I’m stumped. Out of my comfort zone and need your help please! The script updates the Google Sheet with data from a TypeForm first, fails to trigger the script, but it does then send the email (but without the desired PDF). Love Zapier and know there is a way but so frustrated after 24 hours of trying everything I could think of and still falling short. Basic direction I took was from the only article on here from like three years ago that addressed the use case but wasn’t super specific on how to calibrate the settings

Hello :)I get an error “Failed to create a post in Google My Business Couldn't create a post for this location: Request contains an invalid argument.” when I test the zap with following settings: PhotoSource: The Url is online and reachable. (it’s a https-link to a WordPressPicture). If I post direct on Google Business with the same picture, than it’s fine. Could you help me please?
