Hi all

 

I have a zap running which watches for new rows of a good sheet and, when it sees one is supposed to send an email using Office 365.  However rather than ‘sending’ the email - it’s simply putting the email into my drafts folder.

I don’t know if this is a zapier issue or an office 365 issues.  I have tried the following:

 

Changing passwords

Deleting the Zap and re-writing it

Writing the Zap using Office 365 and using Outlook (both behave the same way)

 

Any and all thoughts welcome please.  This is getting very frustrating!

Good question.

Make sure you are using the Zap action: Outlook - Send Email

Please post detailed screenshots with how your Outlook step is configured.
