I want to set up a zap where all payments/donations via Stripe get recorded in AirTable.But when I set up the trigger, I am given the option of using Stripe Payment A, Payment B, or Payment C as the input. Each of these are slightly different, and as far as I can tell, one-time donations versus recurring invoices land in different Payment buckets across A, B, & C. It seems like amount is consistent across all three, but customer name is not for example, so I get rows with date, amount, but no customer name, while some payments do have customer name show up in AirTable.Is anyone familiar with this, and do I need to do some kind of path logic to capture charges across A, B, and C, or three separate zaps?
Hello everyone,I've created an integration/app called 'Webhook by Zapier Post Label,' and everything seemed to be working fine. However, I'm unable to sign in within the Zap 'Webhook by Zapier Post Label.' Whenever I press 'Sign in,' an error message appears after the prompt. I can also find the Zap 'Webhook by Zapier Post Label' and the event 'Create Label' in Zapier. Do I need to input something specific in the prompt, like a password? Or am I missing the necessary access permissions?I would appreciate any suggestions for a solution. Thank you.

Hi EveryoneI’m using the action ‘Create Document from Template in Google Docs’, populating a number of field placeholders using values from a Typeform form.The document being created is a set of meeting minutes and includes a table of attendees at the top of the document. In a column alongside the attendees names is a hardcoded list of job roles. Where an attendee does not attend I need to not only have the placeholder disappear (‘Unused Fields Preference - Remove’), but also remove the whole line from the table (to avoid large amounts of whitespace in the middle of the doc). Has anybody got a clean way of doing this?My solution is to prepare numerous templates, one for each combination of attendees, and then use Paths to match the relevant attendance to the relevant template. However, this seems cumbersome at best. Can anyone think of a simpler way? (Apologies - I’m new to Zapier, so there may be a very obvious solution using an app I’m unfamiliar with).Any help, much appreciated.C
With the new Zapier tables ability to import Google Sheets data I have a question if anyone can help answer?When you import the sheet will it continually update the Zapier table when new data is added and removed from the Google Sheet?
I am Triggering the zap when some user makes a comment on my Wordpress post.I do want to execute a action in which that comment will get send to a campaign from mailerlite.I thought the best way will be to draft a campaign first and in next step i will send that campaaign.But while drafting the campaign - I have added a static email in Action ‘Email from address’ and got the following error :-----------------------------------------Failed to create a campaign in MailerLite (1.6.3)The app returned "Sender email must be authenticated before you can send from this address. (and 1 more error)".----------------------------------------

I’m trying to install the Zapier Plug-In in ChatGPT Plus. I can see it in the Plug-in Store and the INSTALL button is GREEN. But when I click to install, nothing happens. I am able to install other plug-ins, so I don’t know what’s happening. Can anyone help?
Hello everyone, I hope you can help. I’ve been trying to create a zap for quite some time now but I can’t seem to get the expected results. We’re trying to save time for our team in checking if the payment has been made for a particular invoice. What we would like to achieve is when a new payment is reflected in our Xero account, Zapier will then grab the reference number and look for a HubSpot ticket property that matches this. Next, Zapier will then update another ticket property inside that same ticket with a simple “Yes”. (inside a dropdown list). Is this possible? If yes, I’d really appreciate it if you could show me how or if you know a related article or post about this. Thank you!
Hello. I am trying to set up Zaps for my company through a singular Zapier account. I need to connect more then one Quickbook accounts though. Is there a way to do one zap with one QB account and another separate zap with a separate QB account?
I’m developing a Zapier app, via the CLI, that uses RestHooks.I want to support signed webhooks, so when the Zapier user, when making a zap, creates the integration with my app, in addition to putting in their api key (for my service), they can optionally add in a shared secret, which will be used to sign the webhooks from my service to Zapier. I’m checking the signatures in the “perform” function, but I’m not sure what the best practice is, when the verification fails.Right now, I’m throwing a `z.errors.HaltedError`, but this is not doing what I expected.When I send a bad signature, when I fetch logs, I see the HaltedError, but the customer’s Zap shows as “Success”, including data about the second step in the Zap.Zapier is also returning a 200 response to the webhook - which is fine, as we don’t really want the attackers to keep trying.So, my question is, when an inbound webhook fails the validation (ie, it is being replayed or is otherwise an attack), what error should I throw so tha

I am a newbie!Trying to create a Zap where; when a Jotform entry is received, IF there is a matching Trello card with the same client name, then the Jotform is attached to that existing card. I can set it up to create a new card, but that’s not what I want! I’ve set up the flow: When Jotform (of a certain type) arrives Search for a matching card name on my Trello list Find the Trello card Add the Jotform attachmentEach test shows it seems to work (there is a card which matches), however the Card doesn’t get updated with any attachments. Bizarrely the “File attachment” says ‘no data’ Any ideas
Hello, I'm trying to set up a Zap that triggers based on a Slack message and sends a request to OpenAI's GPT model to get a response, which should then be sent back to Slack.While the trigger from Slack works as expected, the OpenAI model isn't providing the desired conversational response. Instead of answering the question based on the role specified (e.g., CFO of a company), it is giving a generic answer or sometimes unrelated answers.Steps Taken:Modified the webhook body to specify the role and context better. Tested different conversation setups with the OpenAI API. Adjusted the sequence of user messages in the payload.Has anyone faced a similar issue or have suggestions on how to get the desired conversational output from OpenAI when using it in a Zap? Any insights or guidance would be greatly appreciated.
Hello. Forgive me if this is obvious, I am brand new to Zaps, in fact this is my first one. During testing, I thought I had it figured out, but in the overnight hours, it just failed. Basically the Zap says, on a Registration to Livestorm Webinar, add people into Dynamics as a Lead if they don’t exist. First, look for a Contact (by email address), if there is no Contact look for a Lead (by email address), If there is no Lead create one. That is where I am getting this error. Hi everyone, Im trying to use zapier to get data from a contact in activecampaign but it only displays general details (email, name, phone, creation date, id) while i have way more fields then this. Is it possible to get more info from a contact?
Every time we connect our Arlo account to Zapier we get a “this account has expired” error despite the fact all permissions have been given to Zapier to access our Arlo account. We were wondering how we could fix this issue as we have tried all alternatives and tested numerous different methods and still have been unsuccessful. Would greatly appreciate if anyone could give any tips and advice on what to do to fix this.
I am trying to send NPS survey results from Pendo to Slack, using Zapier. Unfortunately, the way that we had to build our Pendo instance means that we have multiple rows per user ID, some that have the NPS survey results and some that do not. Because of this, I need ALL rows from the visitor report in Pendo to go to Zapier and then I can filter out the ones that I don’t need. The deduplication is currently only sending me one result per visitor ID and it usually is one that does not include the NPS survey result, which isn’t what we want. Is there a workaround or some feature that I am not aware of? I saw some people using google sheets as a middle step and was going to try testing that out. Let me know if anyone has any other ideas!
