I was delighted to see that I can now prefill forms in Zapier and assign them! But then when I tried to do so I was provided with a link to a blank form. None of the fields that I filled were populated with the data I pulled from within the zap. Any thoughts? I have tried editable and read only with same results.
Hi!I can see that ZAP isn't register feed into my gravity forms plugin.When I turn on my ZAP, new feed should be created into my form zapier section but never is registered.Zapier never make any post http request to endpoint https://glop.es/wp-json/gf/v2/feedsThat is the reason what my feed is not created by the ZAP. Hey Zapier team! I wonder if you can help me figure this out somehow. Or if someone else had a similar struggle and found a good alternative. I have a spreadsheet that feeds data from Google Sheets to Pipedrive. The zap itself is straightforwad:Trigger - New or Updated row on Google SheetsAction - Find deal in Pipedrive (option ticked to create a new deal if none has been found) Action - Update deal based on the previous stepNow, I think this works fine although I haven’t tested it yet. But a major concern came to me when I talked with a colleague that updates the spreadsheet and she told me that she needs to delete all the data on the spreadsheet and replace with new one every day.We have 14000 rows with the products that we sell, and she needs to export them from our Platform (currently there’s no good way of exporting from it without it being manually) to our Google Sheets, and updates around 200 to 300 of them let’s say. Hi there, I’m trying to search for a user in mailchimp by a custom field rather than email. The data comes from getform and is available in the zap, but the action to find a subscriber by that field fails. Is it currently only possible to find a user by their email address?

Hi,I am going crazy trying to create a routine that retrieve email from outlook on a specific date range correctly. Every time I get a new customer on Shopify I want to add that customer to my google group. I set up the trigger “new shopify customer” and then the action “add to google group” In that action it asks for “Member email” which is required. What am I supposed to put there? Because whatever email I do put (let’s say I put my email), it ONLY adds my email to the google group. If I get a new customer it won’t add them because my email is in the action. I want the member email to change with every new customer. How do I do that?Thank you!!

I what to schedule a daily post on Instagram of a photo randomly selected form a bank of photos. Weather that bank is on drive I don’t care, if there is a better place to host the photos then ill use that.
Upon submission of a Google Form, how do I create a Google Drive Folder and place files uploaded into that folder that were collected within the form? I have a form that has 3 different questions, each containing images for PDF files. When the form recipient completes the form, I want the following actions to occur:Create a new Google Drive folder (I figured this out) Find the files uploaded in the form across all 3 questions and upload them into the new folder that was created (this is the step I can not figure out)Any suggestions?
I have an action where I want to run a trigger to display a dynamic dropdown with data returned by my server. This dynamic dropdown requires an id configured in a previous field to be able to do this request. This field is filled with an `id` that comes from the trigger that caused this Zap to run.When I look at the `inputDataRaw` field in the `bundle` object, I can see it’s correctly referencing the correct field. The problem is that `inputData` does not contain the parsed value, and it’s actually empty.I’ve already done this in previous zaps and they all work, but this action is having problems, and I’m not sure why. Hello,I created a zap for newsletter opt in between elopage and rapidmail - it is workong and if I do single opt in, all is workig well. - But if I choose the double opt in method(which i prefer), the delifered mail is unpersonalized - instead of my name the header is “Newsletter” and I am not recieving my welcome mail - just a very unpersonal welcom. Hi Everyone, Okay here we go… Current Zap Process in Place: Calendly event is scheduled. This event information goes to Airtable, which shoots the information over to Squadcast and tells Squadcast to create a recording link.This recording link is then updated in the appropriate Airtable field.Need: Send that Squadcast link from Airtable to Calendly to update the event location of that meeting.Is this possible with webhooks? It looks like theres nothing pre-made to accomplish any tasks back to Calendly. Or is this not possible? :D All suggestions welcome!
Hi All, I’m trying to create a Zap where it would take Slack messages begging with a trigger word and add the messages to a newly created Notion database item. However, Notion creates a new database item for ever Slack message. I would like for it to add all messages with to a single newly created Notion database item. I was thinking maybe there’s a way to gather all of the messages and then push it to Notion. I unfortunately have no idea how to proceed. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
Discussion: Does anyone know of a functional CRM that can handle a sales pipeline AND project management? It seems that only one or the other exists. All of our sales turn into projects, and the projects take anywhere between 6 months to a year. I need a CRM where I can manage both. Robust reporting would be ideal, as well. Am I asking for too much?

Dear all,I would like to update a Google Sheet Row as soon as a deal enters the stage “closed won” in Hubspot. I have managed to setup the zap with all necessary sheet columns, but I would like to reassure what happens with all the other deal properties, e.g. Amount, Set-up fee, Deal owner, Associated AE etc. as part of my chosen Google Sheet 1. Are they also updated as soon as the Trigger “ specific deal stage” hits? I.e. Is all the information transported to the sheet that are in HS at the time when deal stage “DealWon” is achieved? For example, if the Deal Amount changed during a negotiation and was manually updated by an AE In Hubspot to the correct amount in earlier deal stages but before “ClosedWon” triggers, does it take over the amount’s latest update?2. or do I have to use a different zap for every property change I want? (In that case I know that the trigger “deal property change” exists). Thanks!
