Capturing GCLID from Google Ad and passing to Bigin CRM

Hi,

We’ve just set up Bigin CRM and we want to capture the GCLID in form submissions in the CRM so when a lead turns into a sale, we can send offline conversion data back to Google.

I know there are Zaps templates for the offline conversion bit: https://zapier.com/apps/bigin/integrations/google-ads

But I’m struggling with capturing the GCLID in Bigin in the first place.

Can anyone help me?

Good question.

Try asking ChatGPT for guidance.

Generally either the form app being used already will capture the GCLID, or you may have to adjust/enable setting in the form app, or you may have to add custom code to capture the GCLID from the url query string parameters and pass in a hidden field as part of the form submit.
