Ok, I have read A LOT of these topics, nothing I have found actually explains it.
I run a subscription based site,
I am trying to UPDATE Active Campaign with the STATUS (active or canceled) and some other custom fields,
That’s it. That’s it and I can’t.
New charge Stripe→ update Active Campaign
Failed to create a contact in ActiveCampaign
The app returned "Contact id or email is required. (422)".
I read the notice: add ID or EMAIL - EMAIL does not work - it kicks back a 422
HOW is Stripe supposed to know what the AC Id is?
“try a filter” is not a good enough help.
May I PLEASE have someone send the EXACT solution for getting these two HUGE compaines to jive???
I’m stunned this has wasted HOURS of my time figuring it out.
