Hey, I hope you’re doing great. I have a problem that I am not being able to resolve. I keep getting the following error that’s refraining me to publish my app:-Static sample includes fields not found in latest task history (ID: 00d49543-2046-a4e7-a86b-a26973fc7a31); extra keys: “id”, “msg”This is the sample data that I have set :-{ “id”: 2, “msg”: “Action, thriller”, “date”: “123”,}.I have also attached a screenshot of it (the first one).The data that my latest zap returns is :-id:2msg:Action, thrillerdate:123Also attached a screenshot of it (second one):-I want to publish my Zapier App and this is the only error that I am getting. I want to implement a form to create and update records of a table, to do so, I created a form and integrated it with the table, but I didn't find a way to create a sort of Update Form to update an existing record, this would require set the record information in the default value of the input, but I couldn't find a way to do this.Is it possible to create a form to update an existing record using zapier interfaces that displays the existing information as default value for the inputs?
I have a Zap running that auto downloads completed DocuSigns to one drive. I’d like to use the custom fields within the document (client id, client name, etc) to name the PDF rather than things like sender. Is that an option?Thanks,Brandon

I am not very tech savvy, but I feel this is a simple answer. I have created a Google Form for capturing customer estimate requests. However, when it is created as a calendar event, the spacing for certain fields isn’t there.Ideally, I would like parentheses / brackets around the partner name (in this case, Jim), and spacing between the next two fields, which are customer name and phone number. As well, in the ‘description’ field, what normally goes there is a description of work needed (long answer text), and the name of the employee who took the estimate request, so there would need to be spacing there as well. We already have a form that we have been utilizing; however, it belongs to an employee who is no longer working with us, and has not shared that form, so I created a new one. I appreciate any help that can be provided!

Hello everyone,I'm trying to connect a WPForms form with my Monday.com account via Zapier. My goal is for a new item to be created in my Monday.com leads board every time someone fills out the form on my website.The issue I'm running into is receiving the following error message: "Invalid value for undefined on undefined. There are items that are not in the connected boards."In my WPForms form, I only ask for three things: name, phone number, and the relationship between the referrer and the referred. However, in my Monday.com leads board, I have fields for more information like email, referral source, company, etc.I understand that the issue may be because not all fields in my Monday.com board are being filled out by the WPForms form. However, I'd like the remaining fields on Monday.com to remain blank or default until I can manually fill them out.Has anyone encountered a similar issue and could help me resolve this? Is there a way to bypass this error and allow only the fields filled
We’re trying to build a task that will automatically add a new contact to a row in Excel. The Trigger tests perfectly, but the Action is driving me nuts! All of the connections work, there are no anomalies at all, but when I hit Test, the result is an acknowledgement that something should have happened in Row xx (it steps one row with each test) in column A, but that’s all.Suggestions are most welcome. Real help is worth payment. I’m just wasting time working it myself.
How do i trigger a zap for a change in a column?Currently we have a column for revisions and is updated each time we get a revision from a customer. How do i set up a zap that once the cell (in that specific column) is changed in any sort that i get an email?
Is there a way to get a list of text in a spreadsheet into a procedural video? Basically, have like.. 5 lines of text, each one fading in, one after another, and a single background video. Thoughts? Banner can do SOMETHING, but it only allows for a background video, and ONE piece of text on top of it.
I’m new here and looking to use Send Fox or Sendinblue to connect new subscribers and email marketing. I want to integrate those new subs, into my CRM which is Zoho.It’s seems the only way to do this is through Zappier? Does anyone have other experience.The issue then is the Free Plan. Because I will probably import 1000 records, maybe less to start with I may need more tasks. Reason being I may just get a flurry of responses in the first 1 or 2 months, and then it would be sufficient to operate the free plan, until I’m consistently running out of tasks.Isn’t there a way to purchase extra Tasks for short term use.Perhaps the best solution is to Use a Trial, then stay on Free and then upgrade. If so, can you downgrade as I would only use the monthly plan. If so, will I lose anything important by downgrading.Thanks

Hey all. We use Notion as a lightweight CRM. We have a database of companies (connected to databases of people, projects, and meeting notes). I'd like to enrich the items in the Companies DB, I'm thinking via Clearbit.Both are on Zapier, but it seems like 1. I only get company name, URL, and logo via Zapier/Clearbit, and 2. I can't update most fields in the Notion DB.So, does anyone have a better way to do this?

In Zapier, For moving a file, I first have to search file and then move it. But there are lot of files with unknown names, so I can’t search it. What I want is to choose any random file or choose first file of the folder and move it to another. Is it possible through Zapier?
Hi EveryoneI’m using the action ‘Create Document from Template in Google Docs’, populating a number of field placeholders using values from a Typeform form.The document being created is a set of meeting minutes and includes a table of attendees at the top of the document. In a column alongside the attendees names is a hardcoded list of job roles. Where an attendee does not attend I need to not only have the placeholder disappear (‘Unused Fields Preference - Remove’), but also remove the whole line from the table (to avoid large amounts of whitespace in the middle of the doc). Has anybody got a clean way of doing this?My solution is to prepare numerous templates, one for each combination of attendees, and then use Paths to match the relevant attendance to the relevant template. However, this seems cumbersome at best. Can anyone think of a simpler way? (Apologies - I’m new to Zapier, so there may be a very obvious solution using an app I’m unfamiliar with).Any help, much appreciated.C
With the new Zapier tables ability to import Google Sheets data I have a question if anyone can help answer?When you import the sheet will it continually update the Zapier table when new data is added and removed from the Google Sheet?
I want to create a ranking of the number of Twitter followers in Notion database and have it automatically updated every day.Let's say I have a list of Twitter user IDs of CEOs of tech companies in Notion. Is it possible to get the ID from the first row of the database, get the current number of Twitter followers, update the column and repeat that from the top to the bottom of the database? If it’ impossible to do that with Notion, how about Google sheets or something?
Hello. I need some help with my zap. I'm trying to achieve the following: user fills out the survey on my website with Thrive Quiz builder. The quiz results are then sent to Zapier using webhook. Zapier's ChatGPT or OpenAI app then uses the quiz results in the prompt to ask GPT-3. Then I need the GPT's answer to be sent to Activecampaign. My problem is that there is no result field when I look at the OpenAI app fields. There is a prompt field, but if I use that, it only sends the actual prompt, not the answer to Activecampaign.
