I have 1 main google sheet with 3 worksheets in side of it. The 2 main worksheets in this sheet are the master leads sheet and the positive replies sheet.What I am trying to do is any time a lead is placed in the positive replies sheet, I want to create a zap that can look up that lead in the master leads sheets section, so it can pull the main lead’s phone number from the main leads sheet and place it in the positive replies sheet, but when I try to set this up, Zapier is only pulling data from the positive replies sheet and won’t pull data from the main leads sheet. Any fix here?
So I’m in a problem with the “Facebook offline conversions” where if I try to add a new connection it doesn’t give me the possibility of manually picking the account I want connected but just does it automatically. Why is that and can I change it?The second problem I’m experiencing is when I try to add “Business account” is doesn’t show any of the right ones that I would like to use. Why is that? Do I need to change some setting somewhere or what is the problem?

I have tried to set up a Zap that transfers new videos in a Facebook group to youtube.I have set it up like this“new video” trigger delay of two hours (so that the zap doesn’t fail due to the video still being recorded) create video in youtube and then some other stuff that is not relevant for this question.For some reason the third step keeps failing with this error message: “The app returned "Media type 'text/plain' is not supported.".”. I have tried appending all types of data to the “video” field (the video file itself) in youtube, but this keeps happening, no matter what the data type.Any ideas on what i should feed into youtube to make it accept the facebook group video?

I have several Zaps that are taking data from a FastField form submisson and adding it to a Google Sheet.Depending on a field from the FastField form submisson the zap puts the data into a specific Google sheet.Doing a ‘test’ on the Zap, this work perfectly.When actually running the Zap live the FastForm data gets added to every Google sheet that is on the Google Drive.Can anyone assist as to why this could be happening?
Hi everyone I’m really struggling with the following…Zap: Gravityforms > DocusignIntended action: Within gravityform, I have two fields (email, full name). I want to pass these to Docusign for it to send a template to that recipient when the form is submitted.The template on Docusign is setup with a recipient with role name, and I’ve left the email and name blank, in the hope of being able to pass these values and have it sent out upon form submission. As the moment, when the Zap executes, it simply triggers a blank uncompleted docusign contract back to me (the admin). I’m pulling my hair out! Any help most appreciated!
Here is the backstory to my questions below. I have created a Google Doc template in my gsuite. I have a Google Sheet that when a row is added I want Zapier to create a new Google Doc from the Google Doc Template I assign. It creates the document and puts the document into the folder i assigned in my google drive, however, what i need assistance with is how do i get it to put the information from the sheet into the doc. I assume it would be something like {{header column name}} but I cant figure out how to do it so that is what i need assistance with. My question is how do i get Zappier to transfer the data in the row of the sheet into specific parts of the google doc?
I am building a zapier app which is using the vm2 module. But for some reason, zapier decides to exclude many files from the module causing the app to error.I am trying to add"includeInBuild": [ "node_modules/vm2/*", "node_modules/vm2/lib/*.js", ]to the .zapierapprc file but it doesn’t work.Everytime I link my app to a zapier project, the .zapierapprc goes back to default, deleting those lines.If I just add the lines and runs zapier build, it doesn’t include the files either.What am I doing wrong.
HI, I keep getting an error that I have to reconnect 2 of my emails, and then when i go to do so Zapier/ gamil give me another error :( How can I fix this issue?
Our website has a web form that then sends the information to our CRM (Podio) for whatever reason one of the questions show the data the first time after deleting and reinserting the zap pull. But after the first time that one question zap will show “No Data” This is also happening for the same question on our slack. We have questions with the same format that it always is showing data for any advice or suggestions?
Is there a way to get a Zap to trigger when a task is added to list a from another list? It seems like the “New Task” trigger only works when a task is created in the list, not added. Any insight is appreciated!

I have a Zap that’s been working for months. It stores a new lead from a StreetText ad and puts the contact info in Keap. I just created a new Zap to do the same thing, but put it into Cloze. The new Zap is tested successfully, published, and yet when a new lead comes in from the ad, only the original Zap is working. What might be the issue here? How can I debug it?
I seem to be struggling with create paths on my google form and mailchimp integration. I would like to tag subscribers depending on what they select. The question requires a yes or a no answer. However, even after putting the conditions, they still get both tags.

We have an active Zap to create Quickbooks receipt. A transaction is made through our website, using Stripe, then the data from the transaction is input into Quickbooks which creates and emails an invoice.A recent issue is the offer id is not showing up so no receipts can be generate.Stripe was contacted and the payments seem to be going through.We are trying to determine whether this is a Quickbooks, website (Kijabi) or Stripe integration problem.Here is the issue:

Hi! I want to create a Zap from Gravity Form submission which creates a new spreadsheet then in THAT spreadsheet creates new rows with data from form submission. I got the first step in creating the new sheet but can’t figure out how to then enter new rows into that just created sheet. When I try an set it up ask which sheet to send to but I don’t see an option for it to go to the sheet it just created. Is this even possible? Thanks!
I’ve tried pasting the Google Shared Drive folder ID into the Custom field in the Google Docs automation as suggested in these help threads, but it doesn’t work. Below are screenshots of the drive URL in question and the error message I receive.

My question is, Can I build my own app integration for WordPress so that I can use Contact Form 7 straight away instead of using webhooks and if so what it entails? Also if you have more resources on how to build your own app integration, please send them my way.
The Shipstation step to create the order in autopilot says successful but in the two most recent runs it creates the order with a status of "cancelled" and an order date in the past. I cannot find any evidence of this order in Shipstation either. I have included pictures of how the Zap is set up and a screenshot of the output of the shipstation order creation step. I have also included a previous run (Selection_055.png) that worked correctly with the exact same set up. I did not change anything but now this step is acting up.
This was asked before but I didn’t see an answer that I could use. I use a scheduling software that creates the google calendar event, but doesn’t add the conferencing option. Is it possible to create a Zap that adds conferencing if the location name is “Telehealth”?
