Hello, I sell different products on Stripe. I would like to send a special email after each product payment on Stripe.The thing is, it sounds like I can’t attach a .PDF file to this Gmail email, from Zapier.Would anybody mind to help me please ?Do I have to host my file anywhere ? Hi, When I receive an order through my woocommerce store I would like to split the order into multiple separate orders and change their date to reflect when it will be posted out. I have managed to split the orders that I would like but there is no field to edit the date of the order. Is there any other way to do this through meta fields or the like? Looking for an expert to come and help with this if so and tidy up my current Zaps. Thanks

I’m trying to create a zap pulling information entered in OnceHub to create an Activity on my Redtail calendar using the existing template. The test data that’s prepopluated indicates the client wants a meeting on Monday, January 18th, 2016 but the zap creates a an activity on Friday, January 21st, 2016. Any help on what I’m doing wrong is much appreciated!

Hi. I’m a newbie trying to set up a zap from Excel (source: OneDrive) that will create a new page in samepage.io when I add a new row in a spreadsheet. It “finds” my data and I have it working on the samepage side, but only for a specific row - not for a new row. I think it’s because the fields I see when setting up the zap are not just the column name, but include column data. Here’s my trigger set up: It sees my data, but is not recognizing column names. Here’s what my Excel looks like (and filter/no filter didn’t seem to matter): How can I get it to see the column names? I want it to “select” only the bold text below, not they gray text, so that each time I create a new row (with new data in Assessment, User, etc.) it zaps me a new page in samepage: Thanks! Liz

First of all I catch the file in Google Drive and fill my text field with the data provided for Drive. But muy API throw an error, because the form data in zapier didn’t send the file. Hi, We had some problems last week with date errors between zapier and linkedin. However it was working for awhile. We have to re-authenticate every 60 days for the linkein accounts. On trying to reauthenticate we just get a zapier error that says they are looking into it. I raised a ticket yesterday morning but no response, I cannot see other people effected currently so am trying to see if this is widespread or just me :). The error after putting in username/password is a generic zapier uh oh message.Can anyone advise if they are also having a problem and if there is anyway to contact zapier support over waiting on a reply.

I have an RSS feed from a google alert that lists URLs of interesting posts I want to post to a LinkedIn page.. I am confused by the way the pricing of the Add-ons is presented. I have asked Live chat support for clarification but they are equally confused.The way the pricing look is the to add-on Interfaces cost $20 /month + Tables cost $20 /month + Chatbot cost $20/month.That is just not competitive in the AI workflow builder landscape!Am I misunderstanding this?
I’ve installed the Zapier for Wordpress plugin, added Wordpress to Zapier and tested successfully, created Zaps to do what I need (all tests work well), but as soon as I turn it on and the Zap is triggered, the connection to Wordpress drops and it asks me to reconnect.Help please.
Hey all, I would like to automatically sent a prize voucher every 1st day of the month, to a random participant who completed a survey the month before.Tools I’m using:Zapier (DUH) (subscription) Surveymonkey (subscription) Google slides Microsoft ExcelHere’s what I have and what I’m struggling with:I’ve connected Surveymonkey to MS Excel through zapier to collect the email addresses. And in a different Zap, I was able to automatically sent an email with a voucher (based on GSlides template) attached. But for me the difficult part is to randomly select a participant every first day of the month, based on the data of the month before.I was playing around with the scheduling trigger. But I wasn’t able to follow that one up with the right action to select a the latest participant of the previous month, let alone a random one. As you can see below. I had trigger done right. Then I used the formatter to create ‘the month before’. And there I got stuck. What is your advice to create a smooth
hi There,This is in relation to the following thread where this topic was discussed and there was a reply that the issue is still not resolved in Zapier.I want to know , has there been any fix for this? I am calling an Infinity API via zapier webhook, and need to pass a boolean value in a JSON object. Attaching a screenshot. However, the value ‘true’ gets passed as a string by Zapier, and the api throws back an error. Any solution please?
I am trying to effect this use case.When a message is sent by a user from one channel to another, I want all responses to that message to appear in a thread.Current situationUsing this slack trigger [New message posted to channel in Slack] to effect this action [send channel message in slack].To enable a thread conversation, in the action [send channel message in slack], I placed the “Thread ts data” from the tigger [New message posted to channel in Slack]. IssueWhenever a message is sent from Channel a, it is automatically sent to Channel B (which is what I want, great). However, when a user from channel b replies that message from channel a, the reply appears in Channel a as a new line message (see image 1 for example). Been looking for a way to open tasks directly from Intercom onto Clickup for our support team, I figured the best way to do it is by making a Zapier integration, I set that every time a specific tag is added to the conversation in Intercom a Subtask would be created in Clickup, that worked pretty good, the problem is I wasn't able to add a link of the PAGE URL from Intercom on to the Subtask in Clickup which made the whole idea useless since we still had to get inside the task and add manually the intercom link. would like know if there’s a way to automate the whole process so the Zap will be relevant.
How do I make the following happen?I have a Google Sheet “X” that is shared by others and is updated every week with new tabs.I would like to be able to search “X” to find the new tab and search the rows to find “words” and when it does find it output the row into another Google Sheet that is just for my reference.The “words” will appear up to 6 times and I would like for this to run once a week.Is this possible?TIA!
I’m bringing one memberpress subscription into another memberpress instance.We have Business Name as a custom field in both instances, however the business name is not appearing as a place we can sending information. It shows that the field is coming through and the data is available to map, but the field is not showing as a place to map the information to.Is this a normal problem?
So this question was asked 10 months ago by @Kate4604 and answered by @nicksimard.I would like to expand on this question though but the question was closed (original question and answer are below my question).Here is my additional question to this - what happens when you have the 3rd form and 4th form. I’m able to import the 1st form in Zap 1 and I’m able to import the 2nd form in Zap 2 into a custom field 1. I can’t seem to figure out if they fill out a 3rd form or more. I can add the custom fields in ActiveCampaign but I can’t seem to figure out how Zap 2 will not just write over Custom field 1 each time there is a new form even though I want the new form to go into Custom field 2, 3 , etc. Here is the question originally posed:I have a Google Sheet that it is being automatically fed into with parsed data (from forms being filled out on a 3rd party site)eg. I’ve got a workflow to fill out a table with results from a Webhook GET request. This is straight forward enough. Most of the requests result in 50-100 records that get added to my table. So when my zap makes the API call the subsequent tasks run for each of the 50-100 records received. What I’d like to add is the ability for me to be notified when the final record is done being processed. Since Zapier Webhooks runs the subsequent tasks for each record, I don’t see a way to filter a final task based on whether or not it is the final record being run. Any ideas for Zapier to know how many records are in the API response and which record is the final one?
