So I’m in a problem with the “Facebook offline conversions” where if I try to add a new connection it doesn’t give me the possibility of manually picking the account I want connected but just does it automatically. Why is that and can I change it?
The second problem I’m experiencing is when I try to add “Business account” is doesn’t show any of the right ones that I would like to use. Why is that? Do I need to change some setting somewhere or what is the problem?

Sometimes Zapier will try to auto-connect to an app if you're also logged into that App on your browser now.
To get around this, can you try following the instructions from this help doc here?
Once you have successfully connected the correct account, kindly return to your Facebook Offline Conversions step and verify if the correct Business Account is now displayed.

Hmm, I’m wondering if you have multiple connections on your Facebook Offline Conversion, would it be possible to delete those connections first then follow the help article again I provided on my previous response?
