Our website has a web form that then sends the information to our CRM (Podio) for whatever reason one of the questions show the data the first time after deleting and reinserting the zap pull. But after the first time that one question zap will show “No Data”

 

 

This is also happening for the same question on our slack. We have questions with the same format that it always is showing data for any advice or suggestions?

Is that a required field on your form?

Try submitting a test form with all the fields populated.

Yes this is required and always filled out. I went through the zap history and all of the pulls have the data but just isn’t pushing it into our CRM?

Perhaps the data point is coming thru with a different label.
