Hello Kind Zapier Support Team! I been now trying in every imagined way to connect My instagram business accounts to zapier and till now, Zapier cannot detetct any of my Instagram for business accounts. What I already Tried: -Facebook → Apps and websites (not solving the problem) - Then I tried it with open the Facebook Business suite and Allow it manually to connect with zapier and this still didn’t solve the Problem. I cannot add picture, but it won’t even show in Meta business suite → Integrated apps. section. I believe That the problem is issud by the meta business manager, But ofc i am now here to depend on the Zapier staff and I will hope that They will help me.

Hey, so I have set up a zap as follows Trigger - New product in woo commerceAction - Remove HTML (from the short description)Action - Shorten text (of the short description if needed)Action - Discord Embed Now it was working until this latest product, I'm now getting this error “The app returned 400: Bad Request" The end of the description should look like this too long!",But for some reason it has moved the quotation mark and comma down a line like this too long!",I'm stumped as to why this is happening if anyone has any ideas it would be much appreciated
Hello all, this is my first question to the forum, and I’m sure it’s a dumb one, so apologies…I want to take a value, do a lookup, write that value to a new record if it’s not found, or simply continue on to update the existing record with other data if it IS found. I’d like to do this without using paths as everything after the IF statement will still apply, and be the same actions.I’ve looked at continue only if but that doesn’t seem to be the way, because I want to continue either way: with a new record, or with an updated record. This is an internal zap so I don’t have different apps to deal with, just a new form.Thanks for any help.

Hi ! I have a zap who transfert data of a row from an excel worksheet to a table in caspio. My problem is the number with comma in excel don't transfert correctly. Example: 3,5 in excel become 35 in caspio table.Someone can help me ? Thanks in advanceSebastien
I was looking for some help please on the best way to achieve a daily task which our company does. The task itself - we need to get the locations of our teams every morning then once we have that info we then email it to a 3rd party. We currently do this our companies WhatsApp group chat. It involves me setting daily alarms and manually messaging the chat, then taking the responses and putting them in an email then sending it off the 3rd party.I was thinking potentially I could do this via the email parser and google sheets, then I thought maybe via SMS, however I keep getting stuck at the new daily sheet which would be needed and then sending that onto the specific 3rd party email address. Any help would be greatly appreciated! :)

Hello, everyone, I am having trouble creating a Zap to have posts on my Facebook business page automatically create a simple post or article in my Mighty Networks community. I have tried playing with the data fields, and I just don’t know what I’m doing wrong. Thus far, I have only been able to get the post caption from my Facebook posts to post to Mighty Networks, not the photos/images. Thank you in advance for any help that anyone can provide.
Based on the ZAP - Create Xero invoices for new Stripe invoicesTrying to understand what field to use in Stripe to create an invoice in Xero that follows the discount % being originally offered. For example, an invoice gets issued in Stripe for $200 less 10%, resulting in invoice of $180. When the Zap runs, an invoice is created in Xero, but the total amount shown is $200, not $180. I do not know what field I should be using. The discount originated in Stripe under product/coupon.
Our Zap when it triggers does not recognise any new rows. Error message we get is “We couldn't find any new rows.” Not sure what we’re doing wrong. We’re on the free trial (though have entered CC details) so that might have something to do with it. Would appreciate any support. Generally disappointed Zapier dosen’t provide more support/guidance.

I integrated Google Forms with Monday.com to immediate reflect data on the dashboard. The Google Forms results will be a recurring process thus multiple items will be reflected in the Monday.com board. I used the trigger: 1. Change multiple columns value in monday.com when new or updated form response in Google Forms then action will be: 2. Change Multiple Columns Value in monday.com My problem is, Zapier is requiring for an Item ID. New responses from Google Forms will over ride the column values since it is by default referenced to item 1. I cannot always update the Monday.com dashboard just to ensure new Google Form results will not override the row referenced to item 1. Is there a way for Zapier to automatically change this Item ID so that the results will be more accurate? Thanks!

Hi there! We are using Zinc as our background check service and noticed they had a trigger presetup in Zapier for us to use to send the background check report to Trello. Setup the test and everything worked during the testing phase. Once I turned it on, I had a few candidates reports come back complete and waited to see if it triggered the zap, however it didnt. I have since turned the zap on and off, changed the API key, reconnected the account, and retested the zap. When retesting, it grabs the new reports in the testing phase, so the connecting seems to be working, but it wont trigger on its own once its live. Has anyone experienced this?
Hello, everyone:About 2 years ago, when building my website, I used Zapier to connect and transfer data from Webflow form submissions to Brevo (as shown in the image below). My connection worked well before. However, recently I noticed that my Brevo application is no longer receiving data, and Zapier’s Zap history does not show the data submitted from Webflow, even though the current connection is displayed as normal in Zapier’s connection testing system (as shown in the image below). The only recent adjustment I made was to switch from the deprecated old version of the Zapier-Brevo connector to the new version. The test also showed a successful connection, but ultimately, neither Zapier history nor Brevo received the data. What perplexes me is that even if there is an issue with this modification, it should only affect Brevo’s data reception. Why is it that Zapier’s own records (even if they are failed) are not showing?I appreciate any insights or assistance you can provide on resolv

Using Facebook Lead Integration, we ingest email and phone number parameters. At some point in the 30 day sequence of “SMS texts” (these are educational texts), if an active recipient “Unsubscribes” from the Twilio texts with a STOP Unsubscribe message, the Zap sequence doesn’t know this and continues to ATTEMPT to send texts to the recipient based on their position in their respective 30-day sequence. At a certain point, the Zap STOPS all executions for all SMSs for every active recipient in the sequence with the ERROR message: Attempting to send SMS to an unsubscribed recipient. What is the solution/workaround to integrate the “unsubscribe” signal back to the active Zap so it opt outs the “unsubscribed” lead rather than continuing to send to it - thereby breaking the entire zap for every lead in the active 30-day sequence? This is very frustrating. The same happens for non-validated phone numbers.
