Cannot select my account in Google Calender trigger

My google account is Google Workspace account our company have.

I want to set my google account in Google Calender trigger “When add new event”,

but my colleague’s account is displayed and I cannot select my own account.

 

Has anyone solved this problem??

Hi there @RH0306,

Could you please try logging in your Google Calendar account using an incognito browser? Because sometimes Zapier will try to auto-connect to an app if you're also logged into that App on your browser now.

I’m not the original poster, but I’m having the same issue. Per your suggestion, I just opened Google Calendar from an incognito window and I’m having the same experience as before -- it’s showing as logged into a colleague’s Google calendar instead of mine. Any other ideas?

Hi @LearL,

Could you please verify if there are existing connections in your Apps page? If any, kindly delete them. There's also a possibility this issue might be due to browser cache. Could you please clear your browser's cache and cookies? You can do this by following these steps if you’re using Google Chrome browser: https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/32050?hl=en&co=GENIE.Platform%3DDesktop 

Once done, please connect your Google Calendar account again.

I deleted any existing connections and tried creating a new one in a new browser (Safari instead of Chrome). I experienced the same result.

Unfortunately, I have exhausted my resources regarding this issue. I’d recommend reaching out to our Support Team since they have the correct tools to look closer at the Zap and its logs.
