Hello! I made a zap to integrate Clickup and Notion. It is working, but when I create a task in Clickup it shows up nameless in Notion.How can I solve this? Is there any configuration for that purpose?
HiI made a zap between Email parser by zapier and google drive to save the pdf files sent as attachments to the email address.When there's a single attachment, it works without a hitch, but if there are several attachments, it creates a zip.I found a thread that solves this problem for gmail but not for email parser by zapier. Do you have any solution to save all attachement separately on google Drive ?ThanksBenjamin

This post was split from the topic: Can I change the model to GPT-4 and utilize my plugins in Zapier's chatbot? I’ve bee trying to build a zap that sends prompts to Open Ai’s API, then calls back the text as input into Zapier, with GPT-4. I think the issue I’m having is what others might be describing here…When I build a Zap using “OpenAI (GPT-3, DALL-E, Whisper)” as the app on Zapier, I don’t get the option of using GPT-4. However, if I use “ChatGPT” as the app for my action on Zapier, I do get the option to use GPT-4. The problem, however, is the ChatGPT app has limited functionality under the available actions for the zap. ChatGPT does not allow me to send a prompt, instead, you have presets like “summarize text” or “sentiment analysis”.On the other hand, the “OpenAI (GPT-3, DALL-E, Whisper)” app does allow you to send a prompt as an action, just not with the gpt-4 model. I want to implement a form to create and update records of a table, to do so, I created a form and integrated it with the table, but I didn't find a way to create a sort of Update Form to update an existing record, this would require set the record information in the default value of the input, but I couldn't find a way to do this.Is it possible to create a form to update an existing record using zapier interfaces that displays the existing information as default value for the inputs?
So, I am trying to set up a link between TL;DV and Trello through Zapier so I get all of the notes from meetings sent to a board. The problem is that when I run a test it comes up with “invalid value for idList”. I tried to troubleshoot it myself as I suspect it is something to do with the “Name” field in Action (as I saw that this was a problem on other community posts about integrations) but to no avail. I am using Facebook primarily to generate leads however would like to start doing so through my websites. The issue I have is if a lead comes in from region 1, this needs to go client A, B & C. However is the lead comes in from region 2, this lead would need to go to client D, E & F.So the lead needs to be sorted and distributed based on the region, which then emails the correct clients.My question is, how to sort & distribute leads to clients based on state/region?My method through facebook involves using a BCC and storing the clients details in there so when the form (which is region specific) is propagated, then the lead is automatically received by those clients.I would like to replicate something similar through the website without having to resort to creating a separate form for every single region which would be a nightmare.Ideally I would like to achieve this without having to resort to data dumping into a google sheet and then using zapier to read the sheet and the

I have a zap which makes use of ChatGPT app. I have a requirement to utilize the API key sent into the zap’s trigger step to connect using a provided OpenAI account connection for the steps. Is there any way to utilize the integrated ChatGPT app in Zapier with a dynamically provided API key, or would I need to convert all the steps using that app to instead use a Code app and handle the API requests with custom code?

I’m trying to trigger an automation when someone reschedules in TidyCal but the only options are cancelled, new booking or new contact. I use the appointment date/time and URL in an email that I send through Active Campaign but I can’t get the rescheduled information. Am I asking for the impossible?
Hey Guys, Hope you are all doing great. I’ve hit a bum in the road whilst doing some work for a client and would be great to hear you if you can help. So, Im creating a directory in Glide apps. When a new user comes onto the app and creates a listing they fill out this form : They enter theirProduct Name Product Description Image PriceOnce they submit this form this zap runs : The idea is that the values from Glide will set the details for the product, this will then trigger another action that creates the price for that product. However it Keeps saying in the Zap history it stopped because it theres no such product as - “Whatever the product name is”. So I put a delay of 1 minute incase it takes some time to create but hit the same error. Would be great if someone could help out! Regards Mitch Francis

There is a ask to create a webhook for each customer where we can POST JSON based alert messages . Any alert posted to this customer specific. webhook url should be consumable by their internal notification systems(Slack/Jira etc). Thus I want to ask if:It is feasible to create such a single webhook for each customer via Japier or we need to create a webhook separately for each of their internal systems? How is the security aspect taken care of while posting a POST msg with our payload to Japier created customer specific webhook. Is there. a rate limit on the number of webhook messages we can post to such a webhook?I know these seem like basic questions but answering them would help us make the decision
I there, I’m trying to connect zoho invoice with gmail, but I’m facing two problems:The first one is that zoho invoice creates an invoice that has to be paid, although I need it to create an invoice that has already been paid to avoid me checking it to paid everytime manuallyThe second one is that I’m using gmail attachment and when i provide the link to the invoice, it doesnt just download it and attach it to e-mail but it create a file called “secure” without extension and it adds the file as attached, I’m looking to create the invoice and attach it as a pdf. Zap offers me pre-populated fields I can include in my post (data it pulls from ghost). Can I also use HTML? What if I want the post title to be in bold?Can I add the date the post is being published if this data is not sent by ghost?

Can anyone give me an overall road map for the workflow we want When a contact gets added in Apollo.io- The contact gets created in Pipedrive along with the Company And the contact gets assigned to the user - (contact owner) in Pipedrive. Hi,I’ve a zap that occasionally gets stuck in ‘Playing’ - screenshot below.Even with the same trigger data, it is 50/50 whether it works - sometimes it just proceeds, other times it completes step 2 (successfully), but the loop step 3 never starts. It just stops there. Any suggestions?Thanks!
