I have two different Calendly accounts that I would like to add to my Zapier premium account. I can easily connect one account through their native integration. That’s easy. How can I add the second account? Is it through a Webhook? I’ve never done it before or is there another way.
We’re transitioning from Periscope to Tableau as our BI tool - I understand there are no native integrations so there’s going to need to be some sort of CSV intermediary file.In Periscope we can expose an endpoint that is a .csv and are currently running an google sheet app script (example below) to pull this CSV in to the Google Sheet and then using the Sheet->Zapier trigger to send the data to other systems.With needing to re-write everything with the new BI tool I’m wondering what options there are to skip the step of using the google sheet and app script to pull in the CSV first before Zapier can action it. Hi everyone! I have a quick question about how to set up the conditions that deal with tags that a contact has in the CRM. My question is:Of course, one contact can have multiple tags.Should I use "Contains" and "Does not contain"? In this case, I'm considering only one specific tag.If I choose "Exactly matches", does it take into account the entire "string" of the tags that a contact has? (I want to consider only one). Is it ok to use the "tags tag" instead of the "tags ID"? Thanks a lot for your help!
I have created a nutrition label template in google sheet and a form to collect the data needed to populate it. Is there a way, using Zapier, to take the data from a form submission and use it populate the template in a new google sheet document?
Hi, I am trying to include a “.png” image/design from Canva in a welcome email, but I’m not sure how to do this. And Canva’s support team doesn’t think it is possible b/c they use “iframe”. Could I save the file in a different application, like Google Drive, and then use a link from there? Also, I’m not a developer, so I need some hand holding if code is involved. Hi!I’m working on a zap that after a Thrivecart purchase is done, creates a new user in wordpress, makes the order in woocommerce, and send an automation in mailerlite.Things are good so far but for the new user in wordpres.I set email as username, but whet I test it, I receive a message from zapier that says:“WordPress ran into an issue. I have a Zap that uses an integration’s action that may raise an exception if the data doesn’t follow certain business rules.Is there a way to catch an error in a Zap such that it could be handled then the action retried?I could use the “Looping” feature to retry the action a set number of times, but I don’t know how to catch an error such that the Zap continues to work.

When I manually edit the facebook post, the image then appears. However, that means I must manually edit thousands of post per year (if I wish the linked URL graphics to appear). Hi I'm looking into using Zappier instead of my currant service. I would like to know if anyone is using it with a service that tracks phone calls and keeps their utm tags. So this is the flow I'm looking forA person sees my google ad and clicks -→ goes into my website--→ clicks on phone call button or number (can be virtual number)--→ goes into the CRM with the UTM tags information. Thanks for helping im not a tech person and I have tried to find a service that can produce the utm of phone calls in my CRM. I couldn't find any person or service with this experience or flow.
Dear all, I am trying to build a Zapp that works with a Google Sheet. Based on the rows in the Google Sheet deals should be created in PipeDrive. Our developer listed the question here with a video: Any thoughts on why a pipeline is not appearing? So the status is that there are 10 pipelines and only 8 pipelines are appearing in the dropdown.
I want to remove a tag in ActiveCampaign when someone leaves my Mighty Networks group. However I’m not sure if I need to use when ‘Member cancels subscription’ or when ‘Member Leaves the Group.’ Because if they cancel their subscription halfway through the month they will still have access to the group through the end of that month as their payment covers the whole month, they would have access ended only once the month has completed. I was thinking then that using ‘Member Leaves Group’ made more sense as the group tag in ActiveCampaign would only be removed when actual group access has ended. Hoping I can get a definitive answer!
I am trying to create a zap, that triggers as soon as an Excel file is sent in a certain slack chanel.This part is working, I then want to read some data from it.For this I want to “Create a Spreadsheet in Google Sheets” and select the File from Slack to copy from.But for every File or Link I try I get the same Failed to create a spreadsheet in Google SheetsThe app returned "Error 404 (Not Found)!!1". error message. Our use case is to grab all mentions in a guest tenant and then send a direct chat message to a Teams user or post to an “native” Teams group chat.It appears the Teams connector will not grab any external Teams that a user is a Guest user for.Is this true?Is there any workaround?
I’m having nothing but problems trying to get Zapier to stay connected to WordPress Everything connects fine and 1 zap will run and then immediately after the connection is lost and I get an email asking me to reconnect my WordPress account again Anyone got a quick fix for this problem?

I’m trying to do this.Someone fills out my contact form on my Wordpress site. It arrives in my Gmail account with “New message from...” which I want to have trigger an autoresponder with common questions I’ll have. I set it up and in the Step details in the ‘Send Email in Gmail’ part of the Zap I put ‘From Email:xxx@xxx.com’ so it sends the response to the person that just inquired.But I’m confused since in the Zap build, it shows someone's actual email address (a little greyed out) and I’m worried I’m only sending to that exact email? Or am I wrong and it’ll auto fill each future email correctly to respond to?

Hi peopleI need a bit of assistance. I would like to be able to send a photo or pdf via emal when it is uploaded to a folder in my google drive. when the file is droped in to the folder i would like the email to have the attachement of the new file. not just the file link but the actual file.the purpose of this is our staff send photo of credit card recepits to a google drive folder and i want to automate the process so it send the new file directly to our accounting package. any infomation will be good
Hello everyone, I have the following challenge and I want to update an existing contact in Hubspot. Here I use Webhook by Zapier and as an action step "POST". However, I get the following error message "Json node is missing child properties (HTTP Status Code: 400)" I have already changed the payload type in "form" and "json", modified the code and checked in the JSON validator, recreated the token in Hubspot, but I can't get any further. The scopes I have selected in Hubspot to create a token are the following: "settings.users.read crm.objects.companies.write crm.objects.custom.write crm.objects.contacts.write settings.users.write settings.users.teams.write settings.users.teams.read crm.lists.read crm.lists.write crm.objects.custom.read crm.objects.contacts.read crm.objects.companies.read" Can someone please give me one or the other hint, what I can do differently?

We have a Jotform collecting information from potential customers to get a quote. We have 5 different questions that are asked based on what apparel types the customer wants (T-Shirts, Hoodies, Polo Shirts, Sweatshirts, Tank Tops). Based on the answers they choose it will show them the colors & sizes chart for each to input their quantities. The screenshot shows data from 5 fields but we only need to know how to break down the data from 1 field, for example we can use the T-Shirts colors & sizes data which shows 5 of the same numbers repeating 8 times. With each of the same numbers representing the same colors. The order that the number is placed in the data is the sizes. So if the number is first that means it is extra small (XS), if it is last, number 5, it is extra large (XL). Now, the question: How do we format this data in Zapier so that we can have access to each individual data piece and be able to mark it with the size and color. We feel like this is a possible thing to
