Hi! I hope you’re having an awesome day! I’m trying to connect Open AI’s GPT 4.0 on Zapier’s chatbot but don’t have the option to do so! Despite paying for OpenAI credits (and thus, having API access to the 4.0 GPT), and connecting my API key to the Zapier account, I can only access the 3.5 GPT. I’ve attached screenshots below. I’d love to know if I’m doing anything wrong, or how I could improve my approach! Hi, I am simply wanting to create a Zap that when a user creates fills out a form in WIX and thus creates a new contact. That same contact info zaps over to my Contactually account. I’m having a hard time making this work. Can someone help me out here. I’ve gone as far as the first step of creating an automation rule in WIX. The issue is I don’t know what action to choose for Contactually to do (see attachment) Thanks in advance!!
When I create a new row in Google Sheets, I need to set the ContactID to a randomly generated ID, using this formula: =DEC2HEX(RANDBETWEEN(0, 4294967295), 8) When I use this formula as the value, what gets recorded in the sheet is the formula instead of the VALUE. Is there a simple way to force it to save the calculated VALUE in the sheet? Thanks!

Hi there, I am having an issue with my CSV file I am trying to import into webhook. When I use formatted to read my file, it seems to output correctly however, when I try and use the output, it is incorrect. see below: I have approx 3 heading (code, name, points) and each row under that represents a different person e.g:12345,Jane Doe, 50 16535, Sam Test, 100 17546, John Doe, 4000 when I look at the output of my test, each row seems to be looking correct.1.code-12345name- Jane Doepoints- 502.Code-16535name- Sam Testpoints-100 3.code- 17546name- John Doe points- 4000 unfortunately though, when I go and use that information in other apps (such as webhook, it seems to be grouping the columns together in one string. Hey guys,adding a comment to a Zendesk ticket is a very straightforward process, thanks to the standard zap provided by zendesk. The only problem with that method is that the author of the comment can’t be defined and will always show as the Account holder of the Zapier account, rather than the name of the actual author of the comment. I tried pushing a comment via a custom webhook, but run into problems where my JSON can’t be parsed, when a comment contains line breaks or special characters such as “. I’m wondering how the underlying Zendesk code looks like, because they seem to be able to handle the JSON problem somehow. Is there anything I can do to get my comment into Zendesk the way I need it to? Any help much appreciated.
If a code block fails repeatedly, Zap Manager will disable the Zap.Good programming practices would exercise a code block in a unit test, essentially putting the code through scenarios known to have caused problems before (regression testing) and boundary conditions that can have dubious scenarios.These can avoid failures, exceptions and unwanted results.Question - what do you recommend for unit testing? P.S. yes, I understand I can upload code blocks as AWS Lambdas and test them there. I’m looking for something simpler.

Hey everyone,I'm currently using Zapier to automate my workflow, specifically for sending out emails via SMTP whenever there's a new form submission on my Webflow site. Everything is working perfectly except for one issue: When I try to attach multiple files to the email, Zapier automatically zips them into a single file.While this is handy in some situations, for my particular use-case, I need the attachments to be sent as individual files, not as a ZIP archive.Has anyone found a way to send multiple attachments via SMTP in Zapier without them getting zipped? Any advice or workaround would be greatly appreciated!Thanks in advance for your help!
Hi, is there anyway to find and add text in incoming and/or outgoing email subjects with text from a database. In this case, find a project number in the subject, query a database for a paired number, and insert that number into the subject line as well?
I’m struggling with the connection between Asana and Salesforce, namely connecting and removing tasks/projects from cases. Is there a way to handle this through Zapier? The connection seems to happen through Salesforce, but I’m unsure which objects/records/fields handle that connection. I’d love some advice.
I am not very tech savvy, but I feel this is a simple answer. I have created a Google Form for capturing customer estimate requests. However, when it is created as a calendar event, the spacing for certain fields isn’t there.Ideally, I would like parentheses / brackets around the partner name (in this case, Jim), and spacing between the next two fields, which are customer name and phone number. As well, in the ‘description’ field, what normally goes there is a description of work needed (long answer text), and the name of the employee who took the estimate request, so there would need to be spacing there as well. We already have a form that we have been utilizing; however, it belongs to an employee who is no longer working with us, and has not shared that form, so I created a new one. I appreciate any help that can be provided!
Hi!We are tyring to use Zapier to integrate Amazon Seller Central and Freshbooks. Basically, we want transactions to be automatically recorded from Amazon Seller Central to Freshbooks every time we get a sale.We have been working with Zapier’s customer service, but we were not able to successfully connect the two.Amazon does not provide sellers with customers’ email addresses, but the Zapier team said we need customers’ email addresses to successfully send transactions from Amazon Seller Central to Freshbooks.We only can identify each transactions with order ID in Amazon Seller Central.Has anyone successfully connected Amazon Seller Central with Freshbooks using Zapier, and with only order ID from Amazon? Or are we missing something here? Thank you!

Forminator form has some fields which are all required like name, email, phone, subject etc.Website Form created with Forminator formWhen I insert the data of the same fields of Forminator in Housecall Pro, I get the error "Failed to create a customer in Housecall Pro - The app returned ‘Email must be a single, valid email address’." in the fields of Housecall Pro.The only display name field shows required in the fields of Housecall Pro. In which there is no error on inserting data.When I enter the data of all the fields of the form in the name field of Housecall Pro, then no error comes. I have to insert the data of the form separately in the Customer column of Housecall Pro.What do I have to do for this?

Zapier can’t connect to one of my wordpress sites, hosted on wpengine. Works fine with several other sites.I have tried disabling a reactivating all relevant plugins, tried the legacy integration, tried creating a Zapier user account on the wordpress, whitelisted AWS IP ranges and a lot of other stuff.Im getting the error 500 critical error after the login prompt and never pops up anything about permissions.Can anyone relate or suggest something?

I have built a pretty elaborate zapier (proud of myself) with the help of many here. It launched, worked beautifully - the record was uploaded to Monday. BUT, it for some reason errored (even though everything was executed). The logic worked beautifully all the way down to the path. It executed the path I wanted. But I cannot find what the actual error is? It just saysReferenceError: detailedErrMsg is not defined What is odd is that the data WAS actually sent to monday and it worked... So not sure what the issue is?FYI: I have the highest possible version of Zapier and Monday so is not a “plan” issue. Any ideas?
I’m working on a Zap that take the output of a long Microsoft Form and sends it to PDF Monkey. A bunch of the questions are long-answer with the potential for line breaks, and I’d like to convert those line breaks (“/n”) to html <br> tags. I know I can us the Formatter, but as far as I can tell, I have to do a formatter for each potential field in the Excel Spreadsheet the form dumps the responses into (the actual zap pulls form the spreadsheet, with the ”new row” trigger) I’d really love a simple to way to do the same replace function on every column/cell/field in the new row, without having to set up a bunch of separate Formatters for each column/cell/field or having to specify each column/cell/field in a Code zap or similar (I’ve seen some things when searching about converting it to Line Items, but that won't work in my case as it requires comma-separated values and the paragraphs I’m wanting to format would have commas inside them).Is this doable?
