I want to remove a tag in ActiveCampaign when someone leaves my Mighty Networks group. However I’m not sure if I need to use when ‘Member cancels subscription’ or when ‘Member Leaves the Group.’ Because if they cancel their subscription halfway through the month they will still have access to the group through the end of that month as their payment covers the whole month, they would have access ended only once the month has completed. I was thinking then that using ‘Member Leaves Group’ made more sense as the group tag in ActiveCampaign would only be removed when actual group access has ended. Hoping I can get a definitive answer!
