Hey guys,I’m having issues with refreshing my access token with OAuth2. Seemingly the ‘autoRefresh’ feature isn’t working as I never see the log in ‘refreshAccessToken’.To replicate the issue we make a API call after the access token is expired from a Zapier trigger. The reason we make API calls after receiving the webhooks is to enrich the data with human readable results. This will work within the access token expiry period, but fails after it needs to be refreshed. All API calls after the expiry seem to use the old access token resulting in 401 errors from our API. Am I missing something? What do I need to do to trigger the access token to be refreshed and know its replaced the old token? I have 100 list of members in Monday.com and same members are in Mailchimp. I want to apply an automation, when any member unsubscribe in Mailchimp then the same member record automatically unsubscribe in Monday.com How can i apply this automation through Zapier, I have tried my times but not find the perfect way to perform this automation. we integrate our app transactions api as a trigger app with google sheet as action app to extract data from our app to save in google sheet as a new row.For this, we use basic auth for authentication, it work fine with our App Api.To automate our system transactions with google sheets ,we are using Rest hooks for trigger .We are getting this error : "Authorization token is not valid.", while integrating our APP API to triggers data.{"response_code": "failed", "msg": "Authorization token is not valid.", "error": {"name": "JsonWebTokenError", "message": "jwt malformed"}}`.Can you please help out to resolve this issue.
Hi there, I am new in Zapier. I have tried to trigger my Webflow Website form to Zapier to Freshwork CRM. I successfully complete the first step trigger my Webflow website form to Zapier but when I go for setup the action I can’t get the app Freshworks CRM on the list. How can i do this ??

I am having problems getting a zap working that sends out an alert when any zap in a folder enters the “halted” state. The zap uses the “Zapier Manager->New Halted Task” trigger. The folder being monitored has a zap that fails to find a Contact in Salesforce and enters the “halted” state, but no trigger in being fired in the “Zapier Manager->New Halted Task” zap. This is an important feature to capture issues for our company when running zaps and I’d really like to get this working. Has anyone else come across a similar problem and what they did to get the zap working. I’ve looked at the documentation on the Zapier Manager Integrations here : https://zapier.com/apps/zapier-manager/integrations but can’t see that I’m doing anything wrong. Thanks,Neil

Tried a few different variations and searching forums, videos, AI, etc.I keep getting error messages, mostly “Error with 'ContactId' field”.Found a forum entry referencing that what I’m trying to do is more on the front end and Zapier is better for backend integration but maybe someone here has done this already and help?Thanks!

Hi I have created a zap that looks something like this: WHEN new row added in ‘X’ G Sheet send an email.In the body of the email I use dynamic fields to take ‘x’ column information (email address) an ‘y’ column for the Name. I ran a test and all was found correctly. I test again but why adding new row in excel and it worked the first time but won’t continue to work. When I open the zap and its reports it says everything is working correctly but the emails are not being sent. Any guidance on how to troubleshoot this?
I have an integration to pass tasks to Todoist from Evernote when a specific tag is applied, and it works great. However, I am unsure on how best to close the loop once the task is marked complete. I was trying to create a path where I could remove the tag from the Evernote note once Todoist is marked complete, and thus not sending the note back again. From what I can tell, there was not an action to remove a tag from Evernote in the list. Does anyone know is this is possible or is there another method in tackling the challenge? Much thanks.
We reported an incident where the automation we set up in Zapier has sent more than 1000+ alerts in Slack. Because of this, it has consumed most of our tasks for the month. Can we request for the tasks to be credited back to our account for the month?
Hello, I am trying to trigger an event in GA4 to mark conversions and I’ve used action “Create Conversion Event for a Property in Google Analytic” for this. I’m not sure if my GA4 event (for use specifically with Zapier) is wrong or if this is an issue with the integration.When I try to test it continuously gives me the following error: “Failed to create a conversion event in Google Analytics 4Oops! I am accessing an API that uses basic auth for its endpoints. One of the challenges, however, is that the vendor requires changing the account’s password every 7 days.To handle this, I have a Zap that makes the change, then stores the updated credentials in Zapier Storage. I’m looking for a more streamlined way to create a daily driving route. I receive several emails daily with addresses in the subject line. I’d like to create an optimized route for these addresses as opposed to just entering them all individually into google maps. Any feedback is appreciated.
I am using a push notification system capped progressier.com to send a push to our devices 60 minutes before event start times in our google calendar. It works great however the push rarely fires on time. It's usually anywhere from 5-15 mins delayed. I know zaps only poll around every 15 mins but if these calendar events have existed in the calendar for days in advance shouldn't zap already know about them? Or is it that zaps only run every 15 mins? I am confused.
Hello all, Our firm uses flat rate fees and Clio to manage our cases. We set all clients up on a payment plan that automatically drafts from the account they provide on the same day of each month. I am trying to create a Zap tree that will address if that payment fails to process, but can’t seem to find a condition that will give me the check for Payment Plan Failure. Am I missing something, or is there a workaround? I’m trying to see if this is worth convincing my boss to pay for the subscription.

Hi, I have a follow-up question to this post:We are on the team plan and it seems that the Zap history still shows executions from e.g. last year. However, I understood the post above and this help center article in a way that the Zap history should only be stored for a maximum of 69 days. Hello,I would like to create a zap which adds a tag to a contact in Active Campaign once they have submitted the Typeform. But in Typeform we do not ask e-mail because it is sent to existing customers. So neither e-mail field nor id can be filled in in Zapier. We have however added Hidden Field “email” in Typeform. But we do not see it back in Zapier to be able to select it a s a field in Email. How could that be fixed?

Hello everyone, i’m looking to create a Zap where when an job/email arrives into a shared inbox the job is then logged into our job system Job Logic, the issue is the shared inbox receives many different emails and not just jobs so i need to create a rule if you like when the job logging event is only triggered when a specific email type arrives, perhaps from a certain email address, would this be possible?
