Is there an option when the user selects a specific tick box in JotForm that will go to the same list in Sendinblue?
hiwhen integrating with jotform and sendinbluei need 2 zaps i assume, one that sends every from submission into send in blueand is there an option that when the user selects a certain tick box for example B on the jotform it can go into a certain list (B LIST) on sendinblue? is that possible to do thanks chelsey
I’ve tried to connect my yousign account to zapier but every time i get an error saying “acces_denied” or “Something went wrong on our end. Please close this window and try again” I’ve tried with different Yousign acoounts but the results are the sameCan someone please help me? Thanks a lot!
I am creating a Zap triggered by the Clickfunnels component, where the event is "New Successful Purchase" on a particular funnel.In the past, under "Set up trigger" (i.e. "Step details"), I was able to choose "All funnel steps" under the "Funnel Step" drop-down. I still have active working zaps that were set up this way.Creating a new zap this morning, I do not see this as an option. The drop-down is only showing me individual funnel steps, and forcing me to choose one.Was the "All funnel steps" option removed from the clickfunnels component? Is there some custom value I can input that will produce the equivalent behavior?
Hi there, I am trying to create email workflows in Flodesk based on whether or not someone purchases my product in ThriveCart, and I’m having some trouble with creating the workflow based on when someone does NOT purchase the product. The workflow is as follows: First I am sending an email after a freebie that promotes my product. If the customer purchases the product, that is the end of the workflow.If the customer does NOT purchase the product, I want to send them a second follow up email promoting the product again. If they purchase it, that’s the end of the workflow.If, after this second email, they still do not purchase the product, I want to send a third and final email promoting it. The problem I am having is I can’t seem to find a way to communicate between Flodesk and ThriveCart when someone does NOT purchase the item. I’ve created a Zapier whereby the user purchases a Subscription via Stripe to a TalentLMS course.But now I also need to cover the times when they cancel their subscription and remove their access to the course.While I can use Zap to add new users from Stripe to Talent and assign them a course, but there is no option to REMOVE the course once they cancel or payment fails.How do we do so?

Hello. So I'm sure there is an answer somewhere I just didn't know how to word it. So I have squarespace that uses acuity appointments and I use tave a photography studio crm .. I can get the zap to send over info but ?! its not the right info..lol.. Meaning my scheduling has different appointment types.. when it zaps i get a general zap i cant make a zap for each appoint type? Does that make sense.. because the info is different for each appointment type or will I have to always manually change it when it gets into tave.. also it really doesn't move over that much info so i could just avoid the zap and wait for notification from square and do it myself.. lol I do not have a lot of volume.. if any yet.. LOL

Hello,I have a personal Zapier account with 16 held Zap runs because I hit my monthly limit. I create a company account to upgrade and unblock Zap runs. I have joined the company account and transferred my Zaps to that account. However the 16 held Zap runs still sit in my personal account and are still blocked. How can I unlock them, by for example transferring them to my company account ?Thanks in advance
This is my first time using Zapier, i would like to make it so that i can add a task to a team member on discord and it would add it to his google tasks.What i tried doing is, opening a channel for each team member, and then say i want to assign him a task, i go in his channel and write “Complete xxx Draft”, it adds that to his tasks( see here: https://zapier.com/shared/aeb86872d8467da66c7b947499e14046fe0f4217)Now it does not work, sometimes it “Works”, but it does not. I send a new message and it adds the first one to my tasks again instead of adding the new one… how do i make this work
I’ve created a Google Calendar + Slack Zap that updates my slack status based on my calendar since I time block heavily. Lately though I’ve been noticing that if I declined an event in my Google Calendar it still may update the status - especially if the event is in the middle of a large meeting since I have the trigger to be set to “event start”. There are a lot of Google Calendar fields, but I don’t know which way may be helpful to use to filter our events that I have declined. Any help?

User 1 uploads a static PDF file with has various sales related information2. User 1 then adds 'number boxes' onto the PDF file which allows users to enter in number values into the boxes.3. User 1 sends the PDF file to User 24. User 2 opens the PDF file and enters values into the 'number boxes'5. User 2 sends the PDF file to User 36. User 3 opens the PDF file, makes amendments to the 'number boxes' if needed7. User 3 sends the PDF file back to User 28. User 2 opens the PDF file, reviews the information and any amendments made by User 39. Hey everyone, I’ve been new to Zapier and currently trying to figure it all out. We want to connect our Plug and Pay to Zapier + Google Sheets + Slack platform. So everytime there’s a new payment made through Plug and Pay, we will get a notification in our Slack channel. See pictures below. What is going wrong here, does anyone have an idea? We’ve been trying to solve this for 24+ hours now, but can’t figure it out. Everything seems to work, except getting that notification in our Slack. See the last picture of what I mean :) Thank you in advance!
Within the flow of my automation, errors will happen, and if they do, a path will be taken, if not, a different path will be taken. However, the zapier understands these errors as a problem in my automation and keeps shutting down. What can I do to prevent the zapier from recognizing these errors as problems?
Hi! I am setting up a Zap that is triggered by a new or updated record in Airtable. A previous version of this Zap with an identical configuration was working yesterday, but now when I attempt to test my trigger (which is an updated record in a specific view using a Last Modified Time variable) Zapier is telling me that “We couldn't find a record.” I’ve tried troubleshooting this by creating a new view with a new Last Modified Time variable and Zapier couldn’t find new or updated records in that view either… What’s most bizarre about this is that my old Zap (which I moved to the trash this AM to replace with the one I’m building now) was working perfectly based on this trigger!
