We reported an incident where the automation we set up in Zapier has sent more than 1000+ alerts in Slack. 

Because of this, it has consumed most of our tasks for the month. 

 

Can we request for the tasks to be credited back to our account for the month?

Sounds like you may have a flawed Zap design.
