I’m trying to do this.
Someone fills out my contact form on my Wordpress site. It arrives in my Gmail account with “New message from...” which I want to have trigger an autoresponder with common questions I’ll have.
I set it up and in the Step details in the ‘Send Email in Gmail’ part of the Zap I put ‘From Email:xxx@xxx.com’ so it sends the response to the person that just inquired.
But I’m confused since in the Zap build, it shows someone's actual email address (a little greyed out) and I’m worried I’m only sending to that exact email? Or am I wrong and it’ll auto fill each future email correctly to respond to?
