Can Zapier track phone calls and retain UTM tags from Google Ads to a CRM?

Hi I'm looking into using Zappier instead of my currant service. I would like to know if anyone is using it with a service that tracks phone calls and keeps their utm tags. 
So this is the flow I'm looking for
A person sees my google ad and clicks -→ goes into my website--→ clicks on phone call button or number (can be virtual number)--→ goes into the CRM with the UTM tags information. 

 

Thanks for helping im not a tech person and I have tried to find a service that can produce the utm of phone calls in my CRM. I couldn't find any person or service with this experience or flow.
