I’m trying to trigger an automation when someone reschedules in TidyCal but the only options are cancelled, new booking or new contact. 

 

I use the appointment date/time and URL in an email that I send through Active Campaign but I can’t get the rescheduled information.

 

Am I asking for the impossible?

Does the data returned from a new booking include data points related to a previous booking or some data point to indicate it was created from a reschedule?

To help us, post screenshots with all the returned data points for a new booking.

I didn’t really know how to extract the info. I went into Zapier, went to a booking that was made and copy pasted the info. 

 

This is really not pleasing to the eye. If there’s a way for me to extract the data in a csv or something, please let me know to help you see it better. Thank you for your help.

It is about 5 screenshots worth. I can post that if it’s better.

 

Also, this is the data from Zapier for a new booking. When it is cancelled, the cancelled on date is filled in. All other data seems to be the same.

 

I don’t know how to extract the data for a rescheduled booking.

That’s the problem. Zapier doesn’t give me reschedule as an event option. And when I do reschedule in TidyCal, the appointment isn’t in the test section of Zapier because it only lists new bookings, cancelled bookings and new contacts.
