Hi,

I’ve a zap that occasionally gets stuck in ‘Playing’ - screenshot below.

Even with the same trigger data, it is 50/50 whether it works - sometimes it just proceeds, other times it completes step 2 (successfully), but the loop step 3 never starts. It just stops there. 

 

 

 

Any suggestions?
