I seem to be struggling with create paths on my google form and mailchimp integration. I would like to tag subscribers depending on what they select. The question requires a yes or a no answer. However, even after putting the conditions, they still get both tags.

Try adding a Filter as step 2 in your Zap: https://zapier.com/apps/filter/help
OR you can use Paths: https://zapier.com/apps/paths/integrations
Make sure the filter conditions are set correctly, because if you’re using Paths all matching filters will pass.
