Auto Generate Video from Spreadsheet + Stock Video?

Is there a way to get a list of text in a spreadsheet into a procedural video?

 

Basically, have like.. 5 lines of text, each one fading in, one after another, and a single background video. Thoughts?

 

Banner can do SOMETHING, but it only allows for a background video, and ONE piece of text on top of it.

@taylorishere - you may want to look into http://synthesia.io. They currently have a private Zapier app I believe.
