I setup a zap where any new tracks added to playlist A get added to playlist B, however it’s running a TON. This is because people often add songs to playlists one at a time, so it’s triggering over and over. I’d like it to check, say, once a week, and add any tracks that haven’t been added. Is that possible?? I can’t find a timing or frequency option.
Hello,I created a zap for newsletter opt in between elopage and rapidmail - it is workong and if I do single opt in, all is workig well. - But if I choose the double opt in method(which i prefer), the delifered mail is unpersonalized - instead of my name the header is “Newsletter” and I am not recieving my welcome mail - just a very unpersonal welcom. Anyone an idea, what am I doing wrong? Many thanks,Melanie

Use-Case: I have a connection to a google sheet, each new entry creates a row in google sheet with an integer, a specific ID I want to convert the ID with a vlookup in Google sheets to a stringHow I tried to do it: I created an additional empty field in zapier in the Google Sheet I have a vlookup in the last column for converting the integer into a stringProblem: In the Google sheet the field that is empty in the Zapier-Mapping gets shown as #NV. Any new row coming in from zapier gets added below the last #NV. The vlookup gets ignored
I am trying to add all the information needed for a cleaning team to do a changeover on a holiday let on to a Slack message/thread. I have started this by extracting the booking details from the booking channel manager I use (Uplisting) - this provides basic information like the lead guest name, check-in and check-out dates and how many nights they are staying and post a message on a particular Slack channel What I need to do now is also provide the information on how many guests are staying and which bedrooms they are using. This information is provided by a different app (Aidaform) so when this form is completed, I am wanting to get Zapier to search for the original message with the booking details and add the extra details in thread. What I can't seem to figure out is how to get the Zap to search for the correct message. I thought perhaps it could search the name (as this info is on both data sources) but I don't seem to be given the option of searching for data from uplisting whe
We’re trying to build a task that will automatically add a new contact to a row in Excel. The Trigger tests perfectly, but the Action is driving me nuts! All of the connections work, there are no anomalies at all, but when I hit Test, the result is an acknowledgement that something should have happened in Row xx (it steps one row with each test) in column A, but that’s all.Suggestions are most welcome. Real help is worth payment. I’m just wasting time working it myself.
Too bad we cant use static hooks. So I set up a subscription hook: I log everything that Zapier sends to me When I create a Zap for testing I am receiving two different hook urls. why? which one to use? how to fix double requests?

I want to set up a zap where all payments/donations via Stripe get recorded in AirTable.But when I set up the trigger, I am given the option of using Stripe Payment A, Payment B, or Payment C as the input. Each of these are slightly different, and as far as I can tell, one-time donations versus recurring invoices land in different Payment buckets across A, B, & C. It seems like amount is consistent across all three, but customer name is not for example, so I get rows with date, amount, but no customer name, while some payments do have customer name show up in AirTable.Is anyone familiar with this, and do I need to do some kind of path logic to capture charges across A, B, and C, or three separate zaps?
I encountered an issue where a dynamic field is not getting populated because the inputData value that is passed as a parameter in the call does not give me the right value. The value is needed the retrieve the fields that are available for a specific form and are passed like this:zapier/leads/fields/create/' + bundle.inputData.form_id. I also tried it by rebuilding the route and giving the value as a parameter in the call, but that doesn’t work either. If I fill in the form_id manually it does retrieve the right values, but when I get a value from another zapier application like Google Sheets it returns the raw value like “{{125839611__COL$A}}”. I already read the topic here, where it says that it actually was a bug in zapier:However, this topic does not say whether a solution has been found or give a workaround for the problem. I just cannot imagine that this is just a bug we have to live with, because it’s actually the whole point of using dynamic fields I guess.. Can someone help m
Hello,Does anyone know of a way to stop zapier runaway zaps before they max out our task limits? We just had a zap which looped for some reason and created 10,000 tasks, which obviously blew away our limit. Is there a way to prevent this in the future, like if it's more than 20 tasks in 2 minutes or something it will stop?
Hello everyone,I've created an integration/app called 'Webhook by Zapier Post Label,' and everything seemed to be working fine. However, I'm unable to sign in within the Zap 'Webhook by Zapier Post Label.' Whenever I press 'Sign in,' an error message appears after the prompt. I can also find the Zap 'Webhook by Zapier Post Label' and the event 'Create Label' in Zapier. Do I need to input something specific in the prompt, like a password? Or am I missing the necessary access permissions?I would appreciate any suggestions for a solution. Thank you.

Hey, Zapier Gurus!I made a Zap to text clients 24 hrs before a calendar event (I’m using Google Calendar and OpenPhone). However, I would like to send the text CLOSER to the actual event start time.⚡ The Current ZapAll events: Send SMS reminder 24 hours before event begins.⚡⚡⚡ The Ideal ZapEvents at 6AM - 12PM: Send SMS @ 3pm day prior. Events at 12PM - 5PM: Send SMS @ 8am the same day. A huge bonus would be adjusting the send time to the recipient’s time zone.What’s the best way to go about this?

Hi!I am building a custom integration using Zapier CLI and oAuth2 authentication scheme. The flow works just fine but I would like to extend a little bit my usage.My question is the following: During the “test” call used to assess the validity of the access token, it seems that any non 2XX response of the test endpoint result client-side in the error “This account is expired.Please reconnect it here.”Is it possible to overwrite this error message for a given status code (ie. 403), for example with the message “Your are are not authorized to use this Connector”.I tried using the afterRequest to throw a specific Error for this purpose but it seems that the result of the initial test does not take into account this middleware.Thanks in advance,Romain
I’m trying to have Zapier take the Attendees, Summary, and Action Items sections from a Fireflies.ai meeting and add them to OneNote. The problem is, it’s not from my Fireflies account. My client forwards me the email from Fireflies and it only has the URL to the meeting recap.I tried using the Web Parser, but it doesn’t collect any of the information I need. The content field is blank, and no other fields contain the data I need.Is there a way I can extract the information I actually need without needing to log in to my client’s Fireflies account?

Hello everyone, I hope you can help. I’ve been trying to create a zap for quite some time now but I can’t seem to get the expected results. We’re trying to save time for our team in checking if the payment has been made for a particular invoice. What we would like to achieve is when a new payment is reflected in our Xero account, Zapier will then grab the reference number and look for a HubSpot ticket property that matches this. Next, Zapier will then update another ticket property inside that same ticket with a simple “Yes”. (inside a dropdown list). Is this possible? If yes, I’d really appreciate it if you could show me how or if you know a related article or post about this. Thank you!
My trigger from Glide is pushing a basic list a, b, c, d as val1. I am trying to split this list using the Zapier format action. The split text action though is reading the test data “Sample Value 1” instead of the actual data being passed in. I changed the delimiter to only a space and it shows that it is literally separating the phrase “ Sample Value 1”. What’s particularly bizarre is that my next action is to update a google sheet and that is pasting the full list a, b, c into a single cell. So the variable is successfully making it into val1 but is not being recognized. Any ideas on what’s happening here?
