Hello I'm facing a challenge with a Zap I've set up to transfer data from Google BigQuery to Bubble. I've encountered an issue where the data fields are being concatenated into long strings rather than being mapped as individual fields in the 'Create Thing in Bubble' action.Issue in Detail:The fields 'Name', 'Major Category', and 'Mid Category' are combining into a single string of data. This occurs when triggering the "Create Thing in Bubble" action. Instead of distinct values for each field, they are concatenated (e.g., "value1,value2,value3" instead of separate entries).Expected Outcome:I expect to see each BigQuery field transferred as a unique field in Bubble, maintaining their discrete values.Steps I've Taken:Confirmed the correct structure of data in BigQuery. Attempted to use Zapier's Formatter to split the string, which did not resolve the issue. Hi, I am stuck in trying to automate a sync from my Outlook contacts to 1 of my monday.com board. I will require to extract all Outlook contacts of over 1200 contacts and it’s relevant fields and sync it up to a monday.com board that I have. I also want it to be automated to run it everyday and getting newly added or updated or deleted contacts to be reflected on my Monday.com board every time this workflow runs. As shown below is the workflow of my zaps currently: Some issues I’m facing now:Unable to choose how many contacts to retrieve from Outlook. (Seemed to only get 5 most recently added contacts) - I am using the Beta AI feature because they do not have a feature to get all contacts. Hi,I have a Problem with the Facebook Messenger Integration. I added my Facebook Account and choose two Pages that Zapier should be allowed to get access. The Connection Test passed and everything looks fine. But in Trigger I have to choose a Page, but none of the Pages where Permissions was given show up. I already reconnect and tried it again, no effect. Any ideas?Frank

When any data is added or updated on my server(database) i want to send that data to my zapier app(in trigger). i have tried with resthook but got confused, where the code is asking for subscribe and unsubscribe and endpoint url. thank you.

The information recorded is for sales people when they make a sale to spiff them as well as keep them engaged. Hey all, newbie here!I’m trying to use the New Labeled Email to create a Zap that exports data from old form emails to a Google Sheet. I’ve got about 80 emails with data I’d like to export, and I’ve applied the same filter to all of them in my Gmail. However, when I run the Test function for the trigger in Zapier (Trigger being: New Labeled Email in Gmail) - none of the original emails are found, only emails that replied to the original form email.For context, a sales lead will submit a form on my Squarespace website. That will generate a form that is emailed to my gmail account. I will reply to that email, which will automatically populate the sales lead’s email address - so the original form is embodied in the thread conversation. Thus, this Trigger is finding only the replies - not the original form email.Is there anything I can do about this?Ultimately, I’m hoping to export the data in each of the form fields to individual columns in a Google Sheet, but so far I’m off to a rocky st

So I created a webhook Zap that adds an invoice attachment to Airtable. This original zap works fine. I wanted this zap to do the same thing in two other tables in the same base so I copied this Zap twice. I set up everything the exact same as my original Zap just in another table. Yet I keep getting this message when I try to update a record in my last step:Object of type LazyFile is not JSON serializable I’m not even sure what this means or why it is doing this when the Zaps are the exact same other than the location it is locating and updating records. If anyone can give me some advice to figure out why this isn’t working that would be greatly appreciated.

Hi. I have two separate Google Sheets. Lets call them Parent Sheet and Child Sheet. When I update a particular column/row on the Parent Sheet, I also want to update that same column/row on the Child sheet. My sheets have a unique identifier on each row that will tie the data between sheets together. Lets call that column My Unique ID.In Zapier, I’ve played with the Lookup Spreadsheet Row in Google Sheets Zap and can’t figure out how to dynamically find the same row (using My Unique ID value) I’m modifying in the Parent sheet, in the Child sheet. I know it has to be something silly I’m missing. In this Zap I see options for Lookup Column, Lookup Value, Supporting Lookup Column, and Supporting Lookup Value. I’m not sure how to dynamically put references from my Parent Sheet here to find the corresponding row in the Child sheet.Any help is appreciated!Thanks all
Hi there, We have set up a zap with Tidio and Dynamics 365 so when somebody uses Tidio it creates a lead in Dynamics 365. The zap was working up until last week and we are now receiving the below error message (the URL is cut short on the error message so we can’t look at the any resolutions. The app returned "The user d460ad99-1b87-eb11-a812-0022481a799b selected in the From field does not have the option enabled to allow other users to send the email on their behalf. See https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/p/...". Wondering if anything has happened like this before and if anyone has a work around? Nothing we are aware of has changed in Dynamics 365. I’m adding multiple tags to mailchimp using sheets cell data in a previous step, it seems to be putting the 2 tags together as one in mailchimp rather than 2 separate tags. Am I supposed to be using a separator in the tags area in mailchimp?eg. Tag1 Tag2Turns into Tag1Tag2 in mailchimp.

I need paid help (hopefully 2-4 hours or less on a workflow shown below.User visits a webform that allows PDF/JPG file uploads (tax docs) along with a checkbox set allowing user to state whether a condition existed in 2020 (bought a home etc).
