I tried to manually release the existing digest, after running a test, I’ve got this results:
Then, I tried to find this digest, the digest still exists with a count of 3.
Any clue to this issue?

4. Optional: "Manual" frequency—compile data from multiple Zaps in the same digest
If you selected a Manual frequency, you’ll need to release it with a separate Zap. This allows you to add content from multiple sources into your digest.
Once you've set up all the necessary Digest by Zapier steps to compile your data, create a new Zap that will release the content.

I did created a new zap to release existing digests.
It’s strange that other digests with only 1 value could be released successfully but not this one with 3 values (count=3).

We would need to see screenshots with how your Zap steps are configured in both Zaps related to the Digest.
If you manually test releasing the Digest that may be why.
Have you tried turning the Zap ON and testing?
