I did some digging into our notes, and here’s what I found related to the error you’re experiencing.
Here’s what our notes says:
The customer needs to configure which bots send data to Zapier. That can be done in the admin panel by following the steps here:

I followed the steps as shown in the attached screenshot & still receive the email containing the error. Can someone from staff please contact me with a solution or organize a screenshare? Thanks.

That’s the only note we have that can fix the issue. I suggest to create a new Zap and apply the workaround provided by Ken.
