Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM to Tidio Zap stopped working displays error about email permissions.

Hi there, 

 

We have set up a zap with Tidio and Dynamics 365 so when somebody uses Tidio it creates a lead in Dynamics 365. 

 

The zap was working up until last week and we are now receiving the below error message (the URL is cut short on the error message so we can’t look at the any resolutions.

 

The app returned "The user d460ad99-1b87-eb11-a812-0022481a799b selected in the From field does not have the option enabled to allow other users to send the email on their behalf. See https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/p/...". 

 

Wondering if anything has happened like this before and if anyone has a work around? Nothing we are aware of has changed in Dynamics 365.

Good question.

 

This is the error message:

The user d460ad99-1b87-eb11-a812-0022481a799b selected in the From field does not have the option enabled to allow other users to send the email on their behalf.

 

Looks like the user being selected for the From field doesn’t have the proper permissions.

Hi Troy - Thanks for coming back!

We can’t see the from field in the zap to associate it to a user that would have the right permissions or do you think this needs to happen in Dynamics?
