How do I schedule and limit RSS Feed sharing on Twitter via Buffer?

Hi, I’m seeking a way to have an RSS Feed shared on Twitter (through Buffer of course). However, I don’t want my X posts to come off as spam and I don’t want it to share every single news item. Ideally, I would like the zap to initiate in the mornings and stop sharing at a specific time.  I’ve tried the delay but all that does is delay when the news feed is sent (it still sends ALL the news from the feed). Right now, I’m manually turning it off at 9 am but there has to be an easier way. I’m wondering if I can have it stop each day at 9 am CST OR stop after it has shared a certain number of news items (5).

How do I use Zapier to send a generated PDF for signing via DocuSign without using DocuSign API

Hi! I’m building a small webapp MVP. As part of the webapp, we generate a PDF contract that then needs to be sent via docusign. The PDF will perfectly align with a template so that’s not an issue. However, I am hoping to use Zapier to avoid having to go through a formal docusign API (which would be more costly).  So we need to do the following: Our webapp generates a PDF as well as stores a name and email for signing Our webapp somehow sends the PDF and Name + Email to Zapier Zapier triggers Docusign email to go out using the pdf and templateWhat would be the best way to accomplish this? Can we build a custom zap or would that be the same as just using the docusign API

A non relevant notification appear on my slackbot via a zap that prompt slackbot if there is new response on google form after matching and update relevant info from another google sheet.  Any reasons and how to get rid of the non relevant notifications from slackbot? Thanks.

SendGrid not showing up in list of available applications but can reuse an existing zap that has one

Thank you in advance for any help with this. I am able to copy existing zaps with SendGrid as a node, but I’m not able to create a new SendGrid node in any of my Zaps as it does not show on the list of available applications, please help.

I. have two paths to sort by channel but the paid conditional doesnt work see screen shot. The organic conditional works fine with the same setup. Do I need to go back to where the data channel pulls from and fix or check the labeling?

missing groups while Connecting to Active Trail

Hi! So, I am trying to push data to ActiveTrail via Zapier. i want to select a specific group from the dropdown menu but I am getting only few of the groups in that account. when selecting load more nothing changes. I have 57 groups in ActiveTrail but seeing only 20 groups in Zapier. thank you in advance, Nir

Modified Evernote reminders

Hi,I’ve created a Zap that creates a G calendar event for every new Evernote reminder.I also read Amend Google Calendar event title when amend Evernote note title, which 11 months ago said this feature has been requested.My questions are,How can I find the status of this feature request? Is there a way that Zapier can modify my G cal event time when the corresponding Evernote reminder time is modified? Can Zapier remove events from my G cal when the corresponding EN reminder is marked done? Do I need to request #2 or #3? Generally, it seems that Zapier is quite limited. Can’t use Zapier’s EN triggers to trigger events in EN itself, only in other apps; I apparently need to change something in EN to cause a Zap to fire, there’s no way to have Zapier just check every so often and then do something, is there?

Zapier doesn't automatically get data from WooCommerce

Hi I have made zap which get three trigger (woocomerce ==> teachable ==> Gmail ) the workflow should be when user paid in woocomerce course enrolled in teachable and message send to user via gmail.  All those steps has then and when i tried test each step the test has successfully done but after i turned on the zap and create new order paid in  woocomerce nothing happens and nothing shows in zap history

Workast User not available in selection list

I created a Zap that triggers on a Slack Workflow form. The last step is to add a Workast task. When I select a user (Workast) to assign, the one I need doesn’t show on the list, even after Load More.She is in the system.  I’ve created tasks for her and she’s completed them in the past several weeks.  Any thoughts on why she may not be showing up? Thanks,Shawn

Hi Community,I know that it is possible to use Zapier to integrate LinkedIn Matched Audiences with HubSpot, but I can’t figure out if I can do exactly what I want.When I setup LinkedIn Campaigns I want to filter out my existing customers so that I don’t expose my existing customers for my ads. Has someone done this before?

How to Pull Deal Information from HubSpot to Xero

Hi everyone,I am trying to integrate Hubspot with Xero using Zapier. What I want to happen is to automatically create an invoice (accounts receivable) when a deal in Hubspot is moved to a certain deal stage (e.g. Invoice Receive 2020-2021). I want to get the Email Address,  URL, Attachment, Number, Reference, Line Items Type, Item Code, Description, Unit Price, Discount %, Account, Tracking, and quantity that were inputted from Hubspot. These fields are causing error in my Action. Can you kindly help me with it?
