Hi,I’m trying to make sure my Wave has all the transaction related to an order.When I create an sale order in Wave, I pass the Woo order ID, to prevent creating sale record by mistake and have duplicate.Now If I have to refund the order after the order has been marked as “completed” in Woo, either full or partial refund, I would like those go to Wave either as a new record with negative price or update the existing sale record in Wave to show the transaction records.So what is the best way of doing this? to make sure the bookkeeping in wave is accurate?
I am trying to add a WooCommerce product in either single or multiple categories. There is the following post, but it does not help.I am using Airtable to pull the data and the product category is in dropdown. As you can see, there is a single or multiple categories. This is my setup for creating a product. I use Formatter by Zapier for Attributes. The categories look like this on WooCommerce. So, how do I add multiple categories in Create a Product in WooCommerce? I am sorry to say this, but this is terrible for users. There is no such an example at all. 0. How are we supposed to find how to do things? I have been struggling for days to figure this out.Thanks in advance!
Hi there! I have been attempting this for quite awhile… I want to create a new Google calendar event based on the users responses on a Google form. This should be a shared event and not an individual event (each user has their own google calendar meeting at the same time, it should be 1 meeting) in the users calendar. Currently, the Google form is set as a multiple answer (1 or all the options). Then I have the Google Calendar Zap to “Create Detailed Event”, and based on some past answers I believe I need to include the “Add Attendees” zap next. However, I cannot figure out what should go in the “events” value of the “Add Attendees” zap. I went to “custom” but all the options I have fail when I test. Again, I want the responses to be on a shared Google calendar invite for a meeting and they can attend all or just one of the sessions, hence multiple answer responses on the Google form. Below is the current set of actions I have and thank you for help in advance!
Hi everyonethe setup shhould be staight forward, but is unfortuantely no working.My trigger is a new attachement in a specific folder in Gmail, which is daily a “Data.csv”This should be replaced at Gdrive in order to keep the same URL. In the action I’ve chosen Replace File in Google Drive, the according folder and file “Data.csv.”Then I have to chose, which file I want to upload and there are a bunch of options, which I don’t understand or are not self explaining to me. I’ve tried “Attachments (no data)” or “Attachement (exists, but not shown)” and some more, but nothing works. Which is the correct one to choose or where do I do the mistake?Thanks and KR
Zaps for our clients are turning off immediately after turning them on. There is one zap that worked fine when testing, but when we go to turn it back on, it immediately shuts off. Support has been unresponsive. If anyone knows why this is happening, let us know. NO ERRORS in the zap, all systems are a go. Billing is fine. Thanks
Hi Everyone,i had connected my acuity scheduling account to zoho crm to get appointments and create a call, zapier helped me in creating an open activity and calls under it but it doesn't start a call how u manually create a call in zoho crm which gives a popup. please have a look at the popup which comes when u create an activity for calls manually in zoho crm. We all know that we can edit the Name of a Zap step, but it sure would be nice to be able to add a custom description too. I have a few Zaps that I have to pause on to work on other things, it’d be great to be able to add notes so when I come back I can see where I left off.Another use would be to describe what I was doing in the step… for future reference.

Now it would be great to create a task in Asana for every single (or selected) member, with the exact content as the Slack message.Does anyone have any experience or perhaps a solution for this issue? i created a zap that connects woocommerce and an sms service.for wordpress authentication i use a application password with the wordpress admin username.i notice only those products created by the admin user is trigering the ‘new product created’ event but not other users. what’s wrong here?
Hello, I am looking to create a simple bot where I can have users enter information in discord using a specific format, and with that format have Zapier register each line of the format as discord data to insert each line in a new column of the same row. Is this doable? If so what method should I use? I noticed when they send one message it only shows up as the general content.
Help! I have multiple forms within my Wix Website, and I want to tell Active Campaign which form the data has come from, and thus use this information to create automated emails within Active Campaign. I.e. so if a new contact has been created from a “download this” form, they don’t receive a new subscriber email that they would get if the contact had filled this form out. Is this possible without having multiple zaps?
Hi All I am trying to process data from docparser, it adds all the correct columns and rows, but when in zapier, it doesn’t make multiple rows, it adds the whole column into one row, and there's 15 rows per colours, It does this for google sheets, and MySQL? Please assist me
I have a detailed cost estimate form for potential customers to fill in. Is it possible to take the estimate from my form to be the cost of a booking in the Woocommerce Booking plugin (or a similar plugin or service). Have done tons of internet research but am not finding an easy way to do this.
Hello, I want to integrate zoho books with my database which is in MySQL. I tried using zapier. First suggest me that i’m thinking in a right way or not. My approach is I created a function in my database which will create an item in my DB and I also added a trigger in zap for the same table and i configured an action for zoho books to create an item. When i’m inserting a new row into my table then the error ocurrs that SKU is not returned. I understand the zoho book items require a new SKU for each item. I’m stuck at how i’ll create a new SKU for each and every item whenever i’m inserting in my database. Please help THanks in advance
