Does Zapier allow for results from the completion of a Ninja Form to auto populate into a specific Excel Spreadsheet, previously uploaded on the website? To break it down further. If I have uploaded a spreadsheet with certain columns, is one able to populate the results from the Ninja Forms into other columns within the same spreadsheet? Look forward to hearing from you
I am trying to create my first automation! My goal is to have a workflow started in wealthbox crm whenever a a client in 30 days from review. In my google sheet I have 3 columns. Name, Review Due Date, and days from review due(=if(isblank(B2), "", B2-today())). Basically if days away =30, then start workflow for that specific client. However, i’m running in to some issues (mostly naivety) when it comes to the test data for the google sheet. Any thoughts/ ideas are greatly appreciated.
Hello, this question might be a stretch, but I’m trying my luck to find solution here. We have a reward system where customers get rewarded for returning our packaging, every time when they place a new order and we deliver to them. It’s been very manual, on Shopify. The process is: For example, when we are out delivering, pick up 5 empty jars, each gets $2 credit, so 10 dollars, we can just punch in 5 jars collected in the system, and the user's Shopify account with us gets $10 straight away. Shopify have suggested below, but unsure if they would work. 1. Use a loyalty program app: Smile.io or LoyaltyLion to manage the rewards program. 2. Use a delivery management app: Dispatch or Circuit to manage your deliveries and pickups. All apps are Shopify apps. 3. Use Zapier to automate the process: connect your loyalty program app and delivery management app and automate the process of giving users credit for returning packaging. Hello, I am trying to sent up a zap to send out emails when ETA’s are updated on a google sheet. The preplanned Zap is not working for this. I need an email to be sent when some one changes the date of an ETA and it says when Row was update. Any help would be appreciated.

Dear community,I am using a Zap that is triggered by Google Calendar events starting in 24 hours and that schedules Slack messages to be sent the morning of the day to include the name of the interviewee and the link. However, the messages don’t send in the order of the calendar events. Ideally, I would have the one for 9am sent before the one at 10am etc, so far it seems completely random. Possibly this is because currently I just schedule all to be sent at 8am so that Zap execution times might actually be kind of random. Could you please help me fix this - so that there is some form of sorting across all google calendar events / Zap executions of this day? Many thanks!
We have multiple Salesforce to (Jira Service Management) integrations Zaps in place at the moment. One thing that I feel is quite a straight forward action is to set the assignee of a Jira ticket when creating a ticket with Zapier but I am not getting that option.I’m looking for a way to do this as we want to set the assignee based on a field in Salesforce. The settings are:Trigger = Updated field on record in Salesforce Condition = If 2 fields are specifically set Action = Create request in Jira service managementScenario: When a case is created in Salesforce, we user Zapier to create incident tickets in Jira and copy over contents of various fields from Salesforce to Jira. We want to set the assignee in Jira based on a “User Manager” field in Salesforce.
Can I differentiate contacts in Pipedrive CRM based on a custom field when finding them using an email address?
I’m looking to create a Zap which finds a Contact in our CRM Pipedrive.The current options appear to be things such as find by ‘email / name / ID / phone’ etc.The issue I’m running into is we will have contacts within the CRM with the same details (email / name / phone etc), but we wish to differentiate these Contacts based on a custom field such as ‘brand’.So I’m thinking we’d need to ‘find’ the contact using ‘email address’ and ‘X’ (potentially X = brand).Does anyone have any experience of this and can provide a solution?Thanks

I’m trying to set up a Zap where stage 1. is Prospect Interested in Woodpecker.coIt should then create an item in my Customer board - with the user’s details. I can achieve this.However, I then want it to also create an item in my Onboarding board. I have a calculator form in formidable and want to include all data submitted from the formidable form into the notes of a leadconnector opportunity. within formidable forms when sending a confirmation email there is a [default-message] shortcode option but when selecting data from the formidable forms step in zapier I can only select individual fields i.e first name.. etc The issue here is there are 140 fields total in the form (some which are hidden based on user input - the [default-message] which i previously used only includes what was actually filled in) I am now at a stage where I have each field title new line and i now need to click the corresponding data within zapier to Insert Data … Ideally I want to be able to add the ID of the formidable form field within zapier instead of clicking the fieldbecause some fields have the same name and it doesn’t show the actual ID so I could be mapping it to incorrect data because there are 140 lines in this box and the ‘Insert Data..’ d

Hi, I want to be able to create social media posts with text and video/media automatically, advice on implementing this please. I have folders with short videos (MP4) and text files (.txt). The text file is a summary of the video and includes hash tags. The video and text summaries are created automatically and and written to DropBox (I can use Google Drive or OneDrive -or whatever makes this easy) I want to create social media posts using the text AND video/media the same time. I am struggling to get this done I CAN do the following: Convert video to summary text/post., Write text to DropBox. Create post using text.This all works fine.I can NOT yet add in the video to this post. I am using Buffer, but can change platforms if needed. I also have a WordPress site and considered using a post via that - but Zapier wont let me add a video to the a new post automatically either. I want to base a zap path based on a tag result. Can GR tags be used?Simple test check: When I ‘Find a contact in GetResponse’ many fields show but no field called tags.Yet when I create a more complex Zap and include a Path rule. I can select ‘Only continue if’ and Tags is shown as an option to work with, but still there is no data showing. The contact definitely has two tags on that list.I would appreciate any direction on whether it is possible to use tags.Thanks

Hey Zapier team! Hope you’re having a great week. I’ll surely have it as well if I can figure this out :) I’m trying to build a zap, but I guess my knowledge is a bit limited on this topic. I’m basically wanting to build something between Pipedrive and Gmail (but if necessary to add Google Sheets as an extra step, then I’m willing to as well), where I want to find all deals that are linked to a Contact person and then send an email to that Contact person about their deals. I currently can make it that every deal is a separate email to the Client, but if there’s too many deals then it becomes a bit spammy. Is there a way to build a zap that allows to gather all information of all deals connected to a client and email them with relevant information from those deals (deal title and some custom fields)? I was suggested to use Formatter, but even after reading about it, I still couldn’t figure out how to use it for this specific example. Hoping someone can help me here.Thank you in advance
Hi all, I'm trying to set up a zap that triggers when someone registers for a recurring zoom meeting. When registering, someone can choose from a list of dates which he/she wants to attend. I want to connect that registrant information to Mailchimp. For mailchimp automation, I need to get the specific date on which the registrant subscribed in Zoom, but it seems I can't get that specific date from Zoom. How can this be made possible? We subscribed for interfaces and I can see it in my Zapier screen (I am the platform owner) but a member of my team will use it and they cannot see interfaces when they login. How can I make sure they can use it (I do not need access and it looks like it is user assigned only).
I have a Zap which simply uploads an attachment from my email to Google Drive. However, I specifically want to trigger it based on putting a label on the mail, not trigger for each attachment as I add the label manually after having received the email. Without the Attachment trigger, it seems impossible to loop over the attachments individually. I considered everything:- Can I have a double trigger, first trigger on label then attachments → No, other way around is possible with filter but that won't trigger as I don't add the label on receiving the email.- Can I use webhooks to chain triggers → No because the trigger of the second webhook must be the first webhook, so you still can't add another trigger.- Can I somehow loop over the Attachments field → No because it is a single URL that hosts all documentsMy last effort was to loop by number over Attachment Count. I'm trying to grant access to products in Skool after they purchase my core product and a series of bumps, upsells, and downsells in my GoHighLevel (Leadconnector) funnel.We have one core product, one bump, two upsells, and two downsells.Currently, in Zapier, I have a zap that fires when each conversion event happens in GHL.The issue I'm having is that each of these events fires independently because of the variable nature of the funnel. So Skool sends out a single invitation for each one individually. But each subsequent invitation overwrites the previous ones. So they only get access to whichever product is in the final invitation.The only possible solution I've found is to grant access to just the core product in Skool.And then set up a Zap that's triggered when they sign up and answer the Skool new member question. But I'm a bit lost after that how to get Zapier to reference GHL to match the trigger to the right user, find their tags to see which other products they bought,
All - thanks in advance for the thoughts. I have a subscription based website on Wix. I want to set up an automation using Zapier (I hope) to funnel subscribers into a discord channel based on their subscription status. It should add people when they subscribe and it should remove them if for some reason they cancel (pretty rare and this could be manual if really necessary). Is this possible? Any idea how to transfer the username from wix to zapier to discord? this seems to be where the disconnect may be?
