Adding People to a Recurring Calendar Event

Need some additional brainpower on this one. 


I have a recurring calendar event that has 300+ people on it. 

Id like to be able to add new people to it so that they are added to all recurring instances of it. 


With Google Calendar - when you add one person, it removes all the other people. If you add ALL the people every time a new person is added then every time anyone is added, all 300+ will get a new calendar invite. 


Anyone have any suggestions?

Perhaps use a Webinar app that has recurring capabilities.
