Right now I’m running ads on Facebook and sending leads to a landing page so they fill out their infomation. What I would like to do is keep the leads on Facebook and use Meta’s Instant Forms because it’s much cheaper per lead. The issue is I would like to transfer that data to the landing page automatically because they’re supposed to receive an email as soon as they enter their information. So I’m wondering if Zapier can collect the data from the Meta Instant Forms such as name, email, phone number, etc, and send that information to the landing page to fill out automatically so that they immediately get the email they’re supposed to receive, as well as being entered into our CRM. Hello, in Brevo I have launched an automation to perform lead scoring. In my company, we consider leads to be "hot" when they reach 80 points or more. I'd like all Brevo contacts with 80 points to be transferred either as opportunities or as active leads to our Pipedrive CRM. Do you have any ideas on how I can do this? Thanks in advance!
I understand from Zapier’s AI that it does have the capability to create a new category in Wordpress. I don’t see that as a basic feature though. I’m trying to create a category for a new user added in WP with their UserID. Then, I’ll create post(s) with Zapier. The post part, I’ve done. But to existing categories. Any suggestions on how to get zapier to trigger when a new WP user is added, and then to create a new category in WP with that userID… would be appreciated!
I am trying to create Zapier from ASANA to Google Spreadsheets (New Task triggers a New Row and Update task).The problem is that it keeps picking the wrong Asana, not under my domain. I am under a few Asanas, but I don’t see an option to pick the right Asana under my email.When I click on “Connect a new account” - it keeps connecting to the Asana under a wrong domain.
Hi Team, Is it possible for Zapier to intergrate into SharePoint using Jotform data? The issue we are facing is we have a PowerApp interface that utilises data from a SharePoint List with customer data requried for safety checks. The business uses Jotform to record customer data and then manually inputs it into the SharePoint List and we were wondering if it is possible to automate this so that when data is inputted into Jotform, it automatically populates into the SharePoint List? Good morning, I’m new and i’m having some questions for managing subscription in stripe. I use payment links to charge themI need a zap to create a google sheet row when a subscription is created - pretty easy but I have a question, at the end of the first period what happens? Do I get a second row with updated dates? Or nothing changes? (I need to pass the product id of the stripe product as well since I’m using it to other purposes, which is the correspondent stripe field?) I need a second zap that when the paying cycle is renewed/fails to be renewed I need to update the row of that customer I need a third zap that when a customer delete the subscription his row is updated at the end of the current billing cycle (better alternative) or deleted (if nothing else is possible)I hope someone could help me out, I have seen that there are integrations available but I want to be sure to make everything correct
I am trying to set up a work flow that would be a consistent scheduled time to pull from google drive a random file to up load to social media platform. Also am I able to continue the same work flow to upload to multiple platforms or do I need to repeat for each platform.
I would be having recurring weekly zoom meetings. I would be running FB Lead Ads. The ad is expected to run continuosly. Leads from the ads are zapped as a new registrant in a meeting. As the meeting date ends, do the leads get added into new registrant in next meeting ? Appreciate the clarification in advance.
In the salesforce step of the zap, I have a custom field which removes customers from a specific program we have. The default options are True/False. When a customer opts out of our program, a google sheet is udpated which triggers the zap to change a specifict field in the customers SalesForce record to False. We have another custom field in the same record which is “date removed”. I would like the field to update to todays date or in other words, the date the zap ran and changed the custom field to False. Currently, my only options are to pick from values in previous actions in the zap and none of those provide dates.
Hello, I currently have conversation view turned on for my gmail.However, when a sender creates a new email with a new subject, it then creates a new conversation.I find this frustrating, as I’d like to keep all emails from the same sender in the same conversation, regardless of the subject.The only solution I can think of is to apply a label to each email address.The only automatic way I can think of having this happen is using zapier, but I’m not sure how to create it.So far the zaps i’ve looked at want to apply the same label to all emails from the same sender, but I can’t tell it that I want the label to be named after the senders email address.Make sense?

We use Zapier for a variety of web-to-lead functions (Zapier Parser, ConvertFlow, TypeForm) which log customer details in our CRM (Close.io) and send different different sales sequences to leads, depending on their web form responses, what page they were navigating, etc. We use Zapier paths and filters extensively to make this work. We currently have 5-6 different zaps all filtering leads from our website into this process, and the complexity of the filters and paths keeps on growing and growing. It’s getting hard to keep track of. I’m seeking assistance - ideas and tools for how to keep track of this mess of zaps, conditions, filters, etc. For example:It would be great to have a tool that helped me to keep track of which combinations of different web form selections and other conditions are generating which results (i.e. which email is sent, which CRM fields are completed). I am using the CVENT New/Updated Attendees Trigger to pass info to Google Sheets, however some of the details I was able to pull previouslky no longer seem to be available. Solution: Found the “UTM Source” field in Zapier, mapped it to the Unbounce “utm_source” hidden field. Found the default “UTM Source” field in Power platform form editor and enabled it.Hello.We are using Unbounce to create landing pages and collect forms. These forms have a hidden “utm_source” field on them to help us see where our leads are coming from. Zapier then takes the form data and desposits it into Microsoft Dynamics Online CRM. This all works fine.But we’d like to be able to generate reports with the data in the CRM. My idea was to create a simple text field on the “leads” form in power platform. Then edit our Zap in Zapier and map “utm_source” to that field. But I cannot find a way to go about his? Something about custom fields not being supported?How then can we go about this?
Hello!I’m currently running an event and selling tickets online through a service that has a Zapier integration. The integration has a Zap that can push data each time a ticket is sold. What I would like to do is set up a custom ‘tickets sold’ counter that displays on my website header. Since they have the integration to give me this data each time a ticket is sold, does anyone know of a good way to push that data to my website and update in real time every time a ticket is sold? I’m not super proficient when it comes to writing code, but I can get by if I need to :) any helpful tips would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
