I’m facing an issue with a zapier zap where I’m only able to see my own personal user in the notion user selector.

I’ve ensured the zapier integration bot has access to the parent database page.

It will populate my user account but it will not pull any other user from our companies notion page.

My intended use case was to create a notion database item when we get a new lead submitted and assign it to a certain person. After the deal is successful, I would like to update the database to a new user.

Based on being only able to see myself, I feel as if there is a API limitation or a security restriction.

Hi @JoshAtTandem

Might want to try opening a ticket with Zapier Support for further assistance: https://zapier.com/app/get-help

Do I need special account permissions in Notion to use Notion with Zapier?

You need to be a Notion admin to connect Notion to Zapier.
