Every time I connect to my NeonCRM account, the zap works for a few hours but then it stops working with the trigger test saying “An Account could not be found”… then I need to reconnect again. This has been an ongoing issue for over a month now.

The API key has not changed and to reconnect the account, I just re-enter the same credentials. Is there a problem with Zapier connecting to NeonCRM?

The Zap remains on and simply doesn’t run. I only detected the connection problem during the test. The zap used to work and no changes were made to it since then.  I have no way of knowing when the zap stops working except by running a test which I’ve been doing daily and it seems the connection never holds for more than a few hours.

Any suggestions on what can be done to fix this?
