I use Simply Book Me for client appointments, and love everything about it - EXCEPT the fact that it doesn’t include my Zoom meeting room link in the calendar invite. 

 

I’ve heard it’s possible to do this though Zappier, but so far can only get Zappier to make a zoom event based on a client booking in Simply Book Me. 

 

Anyone have any idea on how to get the calendar invites to clients to INCLUDE the Zoom link??

You’d likely need to find then update the GCal Event.

Action: GCal - Find Event

Action: GCal - Update Event (map the event ID from the previous step AND map the existing event description)
