I have a zap that creates an email reminder to the client one hour before our sessions, triggered by Acuity Scheduling. My problem is that the I want to include the original time in the client’s original time zone in the email and I can only get it to show the time in my time zone (in the email).

If you know the timezone, then you can use the Formatter > Date/Time > Format app as a step to convert a timestamp between timezones: https://zapier.com/apps/formatter/help
