How can I select a jira board dynamically in Jira when filing a ticket?

Hi everyone! 

I am trying to create a jira board from a salesforce case and I would like depending on the type of the case (if feature request to one board, if not to a different one and so on).

Is there any multi value if step that I can use to evaluate that?

Options:

  • Separate Zaps with Filters
  • Single Zap with Paths
    • Paths require a Zapier Pro+ plan
  • Lookup Table

    Help info about Filters: https://zapier.com/apps/filter/help

    You can have multiple conditions within 1 Filter step.

    You can have multiple Filters steps in 1 Zap.

    Zaps with Paths mean each Path has a Filter step.
