Good question.

Please post detailed screenshots with how your Zap steps are configured in order for us to have context.

Make sure to use the ‘CUSTOM’ option to map variables between steps.

It’s as though it cannot find the relevant fields into typeform to be able to create a subscriber in Flodesk

Have you tested your Typeform to then be able to pull into a representative example?
