How can I use Zapier to create a 24 hour event each day at midnight on my Google calendar?

I am using a digital calendar I bought, but it allows people to schedule to my calendar the day of.  I would like to have it where no one can schedule on my calendar a 24 hour block.   I thought if I triggered an event to be scheduled to my calendar each day at midnight, it would keep that day from being scheduled.  Any suggestions would be welcomed.  Thanks.

Zap to Add Row in Excel Spreadsheet located on Group OneDrive or Sharepoint online

I am trying to set up a Zap which pulls data from Clio into an Excel Spreadsheet which is located in a Business Group OneDrive or Sharepoint online.   I have no issue pulling the data from Clio and can push it into a Google Sheet or an Excel spreadsheet on a personal (not shared) onedrive.  But I don’t seem to find the way to access the group onedrive folders to be able to push there.  Any help appreciated.

Error in Zap - New Contact in Insightly triggers New Contact in HubSpot

Hi Zapier community, I’m facing an issue which I can’t comprehend. Can you please look into the error message below and see if you have an idea where the mistake may be lying?As the title indicates, what I’m trying to accomplish is that every time a new record is created on Insightly, Zapier checks whether that contact already exists on HubSpot (by checking its email address). If it doesn’t already exist on HubSpot, then it should be created. If it already exists, no further action is required.When I manually create a new contact on Insightly it works perfectly well. Once another user created an account on Insightly… I got this error message. Please let me know if you need any further information to analyze this case.Thank you very much.Kindly,Paulo

Trello Custom Fields not appearing for selection

Trying to create a Zap between Trello and Google Contact - To update or create g a contact when a label is added to a card. For some reason I cannot see any of the card's custom fields (such as email or name). The strange thing is that if I change the trigger to something else (like comment added to a card instead of a label added) all the fields are now visible and can be used. Any ideas are welcomed Update - Now I just cant see the custom fields anymore regardless of the trigger type, the value just don't appear in the test page

RightSignature Integration Issue

Is anyone else having problems adding their RightSignature account to Zapier. I read somewhere that the integration hasn’t been updated to support the new version of the Citrix API, but not sure if that’s still the case. Looks like the issues been around since at least June of 2020

Zapier timeout

I have a Zap which uses Buffer as a task to schedule post to an Instagram account. However, I get this error when I test that step. The task has just some text, a scheduled time and an image.“The app returned "The web server reported a gateway time-out error.".The strange thing is the task works fine and the message is posted to buffer. Anyone any idea what’s going on or would it have anything to do with the attached image?

Vimeo to YouTube transfer

Hi!I’m trying to transfer videos from a Vimeo channel to a YouTube channel. The videos are already online on Vimeo.Does any of you has a Zap-trick to use? I’ve tried the Zap “Upload video in YouTube when new video I've liked in Vimeo”, thinking that I could like all the videos present on my Vimeo channel to make them upload on my YouTube channel. But that (of course) only helps if I want to send a trigger signal to my YouTube followers to go and see my video the video on Vimeo.Is it only possible to upload the same video from the one I’ve like on Vimeo? Or to find a way to merge content AFTER something has been published? (I’m trying to avoid downloading them all onto my computer or onto GoogleDrive).Hope someone has a great tip, that would make me super zapi :)

Hello Community !I’ve set up a zap with Gdrive / GoogleSheets.Unfortunately, I’m unable to make the “ lookup spreasheet row” function in the zap work.The spreadsheet “countries and emails” is a 2 column table, with 200 lines: Countries| emails . Yes there are headers.When someone fills a form (country being a mandatory field), then the zap should perform a Lookup to find to which email address it should be forwarded. So, I set up the lookup spreadsheet row like this:Lookup column: countries Lookup value: (inherited from form): Italy for instanceI had of course selected the right spreadsheet, worksheet etc. in my gdrive and there are values in thereBut I get this message: Does anyone have a clue? Invalid Time Value - When Trying to Add New Zoom Meetings to Row in Google Sheet

I have been trying to create a zap that triggers when I add a meeting to my zoom account to create a row in a google sheet.  I only get as far as the first three steps.  I add my zoom account.  Choose zoom meeting.  And then try to test the trigger.  I get an error message that said A NEW MEETING COULD NOT BE FOUND and then “Invalid Time Value”.  I tried the troubleshoot button but nothing helps.  I have attached a picture. I just tested it by changing the trigger from “new meeting” to “new webinar” and that one seems to trigger fine.  It is just an issue with the meeting side.

Saving Multiple Attachments from Gmail

Hello, I am unable to save multiple attachments from Gmail. This question was already asked but I’m pretty sure the “best answer” doesn’t make any sense.  See here: Like that original poster, I have the variable set to upload “Attachments (exists but not shown)”. Only one file uploads. The “best answer” implies you should change it to “attachment details” or something, but when you do, the only thing that uploads is a text document of the attachment filenames, which no one wants.  Please advise if this is possible!

Add time delay between the same user entering the same zap?

We have a zap that fires every time someone registers to one of our webinars.However, users can often register to multiple webinars within a few minutes, and that triggers the zap multiple times minute after minute.This isn’t giving our CRM system on the receiving end of the data enough time to process each new webinar information and is getting wiped by the new incoming webinar data one minute later. How can I add some buffer time between the same user entering the zap multiple times to allow the end system to catch up?

If it is there than update the row. If not, than create a new one. I know how to create a new row if the mail already exists but I dont understand how to update another cell of a existing row. Gravity Forms 2.0 Issues

I am posting this after waiting for over a week for a response from Support (seems to be par for the course). Zapier’s rollout of Gravity Forms App Event 2.0 has been abysmal. Not only was there no announcement of the deprecation of 1.1.0, the complete removal of 1.1.0 combined with the forced migration to 2.0 when a GF trigger is edited has caused us a lot of trouble.Our issue is two-fold:Zapier Add-on (ZA) 4.0 does not work when trying to submit partial entries to Zapier. This worked without issue with ZA 3.3.  The forced migration to Gravity Forms App Event 2.0 has left 2 of our Zaps unusable as they never get triggered and we can not roll them back to 1.1.0.We have contacted GF support and are working with them regarding issue number 1 (others are having this issue as well). However, in the meantime we have been trying to get a response from Zapier regarding reinstating 1.1.0 alongside 2.0 so that we can get our Zaps working again. While we understand that 1.1.0 is deprecated, it i

Use Filter "(Text) Contains" multiple possible values without needing multiple conditions

I’m trying to filter my Gmail inbox with Zapier instead of the native filters, because Zapier’s logic is more robust. However, one problem I have is adding a Filter step with complex and/or conditions. For example:Only continue if…From Email … (Text) Contains … [company domain]To Emails … (Text) Does not contain … [my email]Subject … (Text) Contains … “Newsletter” OR "Weekly" OR "Monthly" OR "Quarterly" OR "Update"Subject … (Text) Does not contain … “Urgent” OR “Action Required” OR “Please Read” As far as I can tell, Filter by Zapier would require multiple, repetitive “OR” blocks to set the above conditions. Getting Firebase analytics data to view in Cyfe

Hello,I’m a total newbie in making Zaps with Zapier. My company uses Cyfe to view various KPIs.Now we have got an app which we get analytics data on with Firebase.I want to be able to view these data in Cyfe like ‘How many active user do we got in the app’ and how is some of the events in the app performing.It looks like I can achieve this with Zapier, but I don’t know how to set up the triggers to accomplish what I want and can’t find documentation that are helping me in this case.To sum up what I want is to get analytics data from Firebase to be viewable in Cyfe.Any kind soul who can give me some pointers on how to achive that?
