Hi,I’ve been trying to set up a Zap to copy any orders made in Shopify to Infusionsoft for record keeping, essentially the same as the related post “Duplicating Shopify Orders to Infusionsoft”.It looks like they solved their problem in setting this up but unfortunately the solution was not included in any of the replies.The key issue I am having at the moment is in the ‘Products’ field in the Zap for Infusionsoft. I am currently setting it to pull in ‘1. Line Items Name:’ from Shopify.When I test the Zap using the sample order pulled from my Shopify it returns the following error:I’ve seen conflicting information around the place when I’ve tried to find an answer for this regarding line items, some of them have said that it is possible to pull line items from Shopify into Infusionsoft using Zapier, and others that it is not.Any help or solutions would be much appreciated.
Hello,I know someone has asked this question before but it seems like he received his solution in private, as there were no instructions on how to solve the issue. I am trying to create a trigger for when a user gets created/added to the firebase database, that they are then subscribed to the mailchimp account I have set up. When creating the trigger, under Find data, I keep receiving an error that no records can be found. It then tells me that I can create the data and load it that way, but I was unsuccessful. I have a collection of users already in the database that I want firebase/zapier to access that has the users name and email address. I am sure I have connected zap and firebase properly.How do I either get the data to populate, or create the data needed to test my trigger? When I navigate to (Firebase / Firestore marilyns-secret:(myFirebaseEmailAddress)), I have no idea how to create the record Zapier is requesting. Hi,I have two things I am struggling to configure and would be grateful for any advice.I have set up a zap so that when I get a new Typeform entry it sends a new email via Gmail.The first issue is I’ve hit upon is figuring out which field in the zap allows me to include the first name of the respondent, so that the sent email is personalised. I’ve included a screenshot of the zap fields for reference.And secondly, if it’s at all possible for a custom email to be sent based on certain entries selected in the Typeform.Also included is a screenshot of the Typeform question to illustrate how responsents can select which event date(s) they are interested in. The ideal would be to send an automated custom email based on the event(s) selected in Typeform. Is that at all possible?Thanks so muchAlice
I’m trying to create a Zap which sends a message from Airtable to a private Slack channel which will change depending on the person specified in the Airtable record. This needs to be a private channel message and not a direct message, since each group will have 3 members. I’m trying to set the channel name (example: “name-metrics”) as a custom value, as shown below:This exactly matches my channel name, but I’m getting the following message when I try to test the action:Any ideas what I’m missing? I tried adding # to the front of the channel name. I know channels have IDs, but would like to do this with the channel name if I can. Thank you!

Problem: After the Zap successfully happens, the email in my Podio email field is wiped out. How do I prevent my email field from being deleted after the zap runs? I appreciate all your help! TIA!
I’m trying to create a Mixpanel Trigger in Zapier using Webhooks, and have a question about how the payload is handled. Mixpanel says that they’re sending in an array of json blobs for each user as below: When Zapier gets the payload, it is rendered as one giant string (as below): If I choose to “Pick off a child key” and set the value to ‘users’, then zapier seems to be able to parse the values appropriately. However, I am only seeing one users values as below (when really it should be an array of many) ... I’d think I read somewhere that Zapier does in fact handle arrays appropriately in the backend, but for some reason, the UI and test steps only show one value? Is that accurate in this case? Full confession: I am brand new to docusign administration, smartsheets, and zapier-but I am learning fast. I am trying to automate the document flow for my new hires. The idea is that when a new candidate row is added on smartsheets, zapier will trigger docusign to send the background consent form to the candidate email. I have created the form in DocuSign and when I tested it straight from DocuSign it worked perfect. The Zap worked in that when I added a new row I did get the docusign, but all of the fields that I had previously set up were gone. I think it has something to do with assigning the role of “Needs to Sign” on the docusign form. Is there a way to do that through the Zap? Thanks for the feedback!
Hello, I am needing to send a message in a certain Slack channel when an Opportunity is created in our Salesforce instance with the Opportunity Type = Cancellation. I had it set up to send when the Opportunity Type was Updated to Cancellation, and that was working, but it stopped working correctly. Would it be possible to have two Zaps going into the same channel? When a new Opportunity is created in Salesforce with Opportunity Type = Cancellation When an existing Opportunity is updated with the Opportunity Type = CancellationIf so, how would I set those up? I am new to Zapier; I inherited the Salesforce pieces, and am trying to learn! Thanks!
Ok I’ve racked my brain on this and I am stuck. I would like every day at 12:01 am to search my google calendar and create a trello card for every event I have comming up the next day. If its not possible to run it at a specific time, could I do something like grab all events where start date is tomorrow but not beyond the end of tomorrow.I can’t figure out how to do this, i’ve tried a million ways it seems. Thanks smart people.
Hi Everyone! When we win opportunities in Salesforce, I currently have a Zap set up that displays the Closed Won Oppportunity in our team’s Slack Channel. Most of the time, there are multiple opportunities won at the same time for the same account though, and it appears Zapier is only displaying the first one closed won right now. We are wanting it to show both Closed Won opportunities on the account at the same time. However, not every account will have multiple closed won opportunities. Is there another step in my Zap that I should add to do that? Thanks!

Hi there!I’m trying to work out how I could solution the following challenge. A user will use a Smartsheet form to request a backup. I have some python code sitting on a local server, which i have been updating manually with the details from the submitted form. eg. Folder ID The code is then executed as part of a scheduled cron job What i’m looking to do is to take the request details from Smartsheet and parse them into the python file so i don’t need to manually edit files. Are there any ideas as to how i could achieve this? Note: I’m not looking to execute the python script on Zapier, just, update the code within the python file. Thanks for any help, Sean
Hi There, I want to send a batch of orders three times a day from shopify to my sequel program. How can i set up a zap which lets me send through a batch of new orders at different intervals throughout the day, and not repeatedly send through the same orders from ealier? I’d really appreciate any help with this. Thanks in advance :)
Mailchimp needs me to add a subscriber email field from Google forms in setting up the Zap. However there is none visible in the options given in the Zap… despite I clearly have email in Google form. Is there something I am missing here? A workaround? thank you, Andrew
I needed to run a “find” function on an app that would return an error if nothing exists. I used this clever strategy to complete the “find” using a test variable in Story by Zapier: However, my Zap will always have at least one error when it runs, so it will always turn off! I need my zap to stay on, even after it experiences an error. Is this possible? If not, is there a way to get around this? Cheers, Tristan
Hi everyone, I have created an automation thanks to which people who register through an activecampaign form are added as guests to an event previously configured on the google calendar. I used a webhook that works perfectly. Now I have to create a new automation for a new event created and configured down on the calendar. When I have to select the event to associate with the zap, the event list is no longer loaded. Even clicking on load more the events configured on the calendar are not displayed. I have already tried to reconnect the google calendar app, to copy another zap, to make the calendar public ... in short, I have no more ideas. Any suggestions? is it a bug?
