I’m creating a zap for each Square sale I make to import into Wave. I was able to link up every thing except for tips! Is there a way to integrate that into my zap, or add on custom fields or something besides the standard fields that the zap automatically requires?
Hello legendsI'm have created a Zap to send new Magento customers to Hubspot.In the first step (connecting to Magento) the test data does not contain any fields related to the customer's company name.We are in B2B and all customers are linked to a company in M2.Any assistance as to how I can force Zapier to map the company name field so I can pass this to Hubspot? I am sure there is a simple answer to this, I just cannot figure out how to capture the second email address in the “required Attendees” field I’ve attached screen shots of the “Trigger Test” - i need the email address of Attendee 2, however, the “Keap Choices” screen shot show that this is not available to me. Only both email addresses together. I tried to split out the email address using the Format Action, but the available fields for KEAP do not change.What am I doing wrong, and how do I get the info I need for keep to update the correct contact record?This post has been edited by a moderator to remove personal information. Hi all!I apologize in advance if my question is silly, but I can't figure out how to solve my problem.I'm trying to make a ZAP amocrm-jira software cloud.How can I configure trigger for amocrm to trigger only for THIS funnel and for THIS status in that funnel?I have several different funnels in ammocrm with different set of statuses inside.Right now the trigger "Lead Status Changed in amoCRM" works on ALL funnels and tracks ANY status changes.Thank you very much in advance for your help!
Hi, I have an error with a zap. With Typeform, we ask some data and if they have an official document. So we have a Yes/no in our pipedrive. When they answer yes, we ask them to upload it or give it to their contactperson. The problem: sometimes they already gave us the document and don’t upload it on the typeform. So our Zap gives an error because the file is missing. What’s a solution? For the moment I use a default text value. But I then a ‘document’ with just the default text is uploaded. I wan’t nothing uploaded or the value ‘No document uploaded’.Any advice? Zapier Pipedrive
I’m using the Keap App as a CRM and Calendar booking tool. It is AWESOME but only allows a four hour blocking window for clients to book. So sometimes I don’t get too much of a headstart on client appointments - for example it might be noon and they can still book for four or five pm the same day. I would rather have a 24 hour window, given the nature of my business and how I need to prepare.I have contacted Keap and they are pretty useless in the customer service department for this issue - saying I need to manually block off my Google Calendar every night. Ummmm, no, this is the whole point of automation! Another agent said I could use Zapier, which I already pay for, for other things, but I don’t know how to create a zap in my Google Calendar to extend a block-off every night?Any help is appreciated.Thanks!
Hello, I am trying to understand the possibilities of taking payment in ClickFunnels and then connecting that payment to a subscription and membership in WooCommerce.In WooCommerce, the membership area is denied to anyone who doesn’t pay their subscription. This works fine when taking payment in WooCommerce. Will this same protocol be followed when using a Zap from ClickFunnels to WooCommerce? Thank you so much for your help!

Hi, I was hoping that maybe a feature in Zapier might be able to solve this issue! I have Mailchimp to Hubspot synced already and this is a great feature. So we can see all the opens and clicks from our Mailchimp campaign directly in our Hubspot account. I have created 2 lists:1 for Mailchimp Opens and1 for Mailchimp Clicks My question is - IS IT POSSIBLE TO CREATE A ZAP TO FILTER THE NUMBER OF OPENS FROM MAILCHIMP TO HUBSPOT? What I mean by that is - can I add a column in my Hubspot list for Mailchimp opens that will tell me the NUMBER OF TIMES A CONTACT HAS OPENED MY EMAILS. Please see my attachments for a bit more clarity. Hopefully I have explained this clearly and hopefully someone can help with this. Thanks!
When I try and create a Zap that will move an attachment to an email in the specified Outlook Inbox to a specific folder in Dropbox, the Zap fails. I can successfully “connect” Zapier to my Dropbox account, but I never see any of my folders when attempting to indicate which folder is the destination of the attached file. When I copy the link of the exact folder from Dropbox and attempt to use that as the destination in Zapier, it will take the URL and even successfully test telling me the attachment has been uploaded, but the destination folder remains empty. How do I get Zapier to automatically move attachments to emails sent to a specific email address into a specified folder in Dropbox?

Hi,I have a few Zaps running that create a Hubspot Deal/Contact based on a Ninja Forms submission. I am also running Google Ads and I connected our Google Ads account with Hubspot so we can track contacts and deal generated from a click on an Ad. My question is will Zapier prevent that tracking logic between Hubspot and Google ads?It currently seems to disable some of the tracking features of Hubspot tracking code (i.e. some of my ninja forms non-connected to Hubspot via Zapier are still tracked and contacts created in Hubspot with website activity information such as pages viewed but for my Zapier-connected forms I cannot see that information, only the information passed by Zapier).I look forward to your adviceThomas
